A very good place to shop for your hardware needs. The place is typical of other Lowes. Staffs are friendly, helpful, and very accommodating to the customers. The place is quite complete, lots of stuff is available for your needs.

The place has a large parking lot, the location is close to the main road.

Update customer service representative likes to profile and take pictures of customers and then lie about taking the picture when confronted. Then proceeded to laugh smirk and carry on and tell people incorrect information. I will be contacting corporate as this is unacceptable behavior.

Very helpful staff. Very clean bathrooms. They will help load your stuff. Pickup was very fast almost immediate once you order online. They have all your home improvement needs.

One of my favorite stores. I don’t know why but it just is😂😂😂🤷🏾‍♀ They have sooo many different colors of spray paint. I get there and sometimes I stare because I don’t know what color to get. I love it

Needed some new deck boards and they had plenty. Very helpful team members, everything I needed I found right away. Was even offered help loading but I didn't need it. Will be back to get supplies for more projects

Lowe's has always had everything I've needed and employees that have the knowledge to send me in the right direction to get what I need. They also have given me better routes to go on projects and cheaper fixes then I anticipated. The stores are always clean and the employees friendly. I recommend this store to anyone. Thank you. Very knowledgeable staff, No problem with finding what I was looking for

To date, I have not had a bad experience visiting here; all personnel- incl the newer team members- are very knowledgeable of their store. I would say a big Thanks to the Lowe's Training staff; it's working! They always come over to help in the self check-out lanes to deal w a register issue or to help apply a discount.

Took a bit for someone to come help load vanities in store but overall a good experience. Letra was our cashier, she was super nice and friendly. The loading workers outside were helpful and efficient!

I bought a small apartment washing machine online. I think they make em in Europe. Giantex is the brand. My faucet in the kitchen didn't match the threads of the hose that came with the washer. No stores in town had the part. Some told me I couldn't find it in Shelby. Then I found Danny @ Lowes. I don't like using BIG BOX STORES...but what a great experience. Danny went directly to the parts I needed. Danny is a great asset to Lowes. Thanks Danny!

Being a woman it isn't always easy for me to find the things that I need in a place like Lowes but James over in the tool department was so very kind and helpful. For the first time since covid, an associate asked me if they could help me. Usually I have to run one down. Thanks David in the tile section.

Found many items that I needed. Most was in stock. Only a couple items not available. Great personnel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
