Long John Silver's

Wow! Had an awesome experience at this LJ Silver's today! The customer service was outstanding. Zariyah and Heather were super friendly and helpful with my order. It was so refreshing to be treated so warmly by these outstanding young ladies. Jason bagged my order quick and I was out the door. Keep up the great work!!

My husband and I ate there about a week ago. The people there was really nice. They where out of coleslaw but the lady give us a little extra of something else like the cheese bites and fries.

Been going to this long john silver since I was a small child! Prices have definitely gone up! Going to enjoy this because I know we won't have Long John silver's around for that many more years! Every once in a while you have to have that greasy fish to get your fix!!

Loved the food, our fish and shrimp platter was tasty! Congratulations to the ladies working by themselves, despite the busy restaurant we got our order pretty quick.

Great food and service. Pleasantly surprised!

Just picked up a 16pc meal, clams, and popcorn shrimp and the food was perfect. The slaw was fresh too. I've been eating at this location since moving here, but I believe this is the best takeout I've gotten there. Everything was perfect.

The food was hot and fresh, so yummy. I also have to say that the customer service was top notch! They were working so hard to keep everything clean and that every customer got their food in a timely manner and all with a smile. Awesome!!

Fish was freshly cooked, Brandon S. was very welcoming! Best meal in a LONG time!

Initially we went through drive-thru, and ordered 4 pieces of fish, 12 shrimp, 6 hush puppies, and crunchies. We were told via 5 to 10 minute wait. We let them know that was acceptable. When we got to the window and paid, they said we were still waiting on fish. When they handed the food out we were driving off, but as I look in the bag I noticed we were missing six hush puppies. My boyfriend went and knocked on the door it was locked. The manager came to and walked out to the car to see what food we actually received. Squishy out of the receipt and said all we were missing was the 6 hush puppies. She asked if there was anything that we would like to replace them because they were close to closing and they were out. The manager said that the person who wronged us up told us that they were out and gave us something to substitute in place of it. That never happened. The ranger said she was going to have to tell her GM about this because this isn't the first time an action like this has occurred. And the manager went inside who bought out of receipt with cash in her hand. She refunded the complete amount of the total order. She was sorry for all the trouble, and hope that we would come back again soon.

We had a rather large order but everything was fresh and delicious. Excellent experience. Very friendly drive-thru person also.

Food is good but there is a manager with 5 kids [he made sure to tell me]who is very nasty to the employees in front of the customers. Other employees worked hard and did as they could short handed with the resources they had

Wish dining room us open would have loved to eat in . Most all restaurants in area have litited dining but still available. Why not LJS.?

Food was overcooked and spent a large amount of money and still didn't get part of our food. We sat at drive thru for 30 minutes. My cat wouldn't even eat it so that's how bad it was.
