Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was in a pinch and needed my medals updated. The ladies here got them done for me and they look great. They also give you backings to store your medals. 100 percent recommend!

I just received my medals, large and mini's, remounted and updated. Like the original set I had mounted in 2008, this set is spectacular.
I have a ton of devices and everything is lined up perfectly, the craftsmanship is obvious. Ordering in September, the total turnaround was just over a week mailing them in from Indiana.

I also wanted to mention that I like the uniform regs printout. That’s a super helpful touch. I’ll make sure to keep it with my medals. I always end up in a mad rush trying to get together and look up the regs for placement at the last minute.

Definitely not happy with this latest request for service. Needed to add two medals to my current stack, and I contacted them since they were the ones I've been using these last few years.

They were on the phone with the rep at the MCX passing information and it was not good.

First, they stated that I would have to buy all new devices because they wouldn't be able to use my current ones. That didn't make any sense because I was not updating stars or anything; just adding medals.

Second, they stated that I would probably have to buy new medals. That was not happening because the medals were not damaged or anything, so there was no reason why they should not have been able to reuse them.

Third, I was told that I would not receive the repeat customer discount they offer. No reason was given; just that I wouldn't receive it. That's not a big deal, however, if you're a business who offers that as a standard practice, I find it ridiculous that you pick and choose when you want it to apply.

Lastly, there was no guarantee that I would receive my medals back in time for my ball even if I paid for rush delivery. Unsat.

I was referred to Chest Candy, who did a phenomenal job adding my two medals AND using the medals/racks M2H had put together. Two medals had to replaced due to how M2H glued the backing. I was charged less than $60.00 for the service and they came out really good. Even the holding case is better than what M2H gives their customers.

So, pretty much M2H just lost a customer with their ridiculous reasons for not being able to provide a service and prices, but I'm sure they really don't care.
