Scott and his team are amazing mechanics. I love how they are honest with the repairs that need to be done and not try to sell you things you wont need. Ive using them for years to keep my 05 neon and 01 durango in good running condition. I am forever grateful that they are able to help me keep my old cars on the road. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them! And I will keep using them for years to come!

I was thrilled my brakes were repaired the same day I called to report they were suddenly making grinding sounds. Job was done in a few hours, price was competitive and they work great now. They also made sure the car was road ready for a trip to New England which set my mind at ease.
We just moved to Swansboro and I'm happy to have found "my people ". Also got my oil changed and fluids topped off

Out of staters here for vacation. Went to Battlefield to have them unclog the evaporator a/c drain so we could run our a/c again. They responded immediately and took care of the problem. They refused payment. I would have happily given the mechanic a generous tip, but I had no cash. Would gladly use them again, and happily recommend them to anyone needing auto servicing in or near Swansboro, North Carolina.

The battlefield team is great. They are fast to communicate their findings with our vehicles and prices are reasonable! Courteous and friendly customer service and the key drop is very accommodating to my work schedule!

My 2006 Toyota Sequoia suddenly lost power last week and I saw Battlefield had good reviews (I’m new to the area). The guys got me in quick - diagnosed and explained the problem (air intake issues), ordered the necessary parts and had me all fixed up the next day. I later noticed that they had also filled up
my tires to proper psi which were running low from beach driving . I appreciate the attention to those kinds of details. I’ll be happy to use them again when the next thing happens.

3-25-23 Update - the guys installed a new door latch to replace my worn out front driver side door , went smooth as always. Will keep coming back !

I have used several auto repair places locally. I needed brakes on my truck and no other shop could get me in for a while. I read all the good reviews on Battlefield Automotive and called them. They said bring it on in and let them check what it needed. I took it in at 12 noon on Thursday and they called three hours later to say the parts were here and they would start immediately but may not be done by closing. I said next day would be good. They called next morning at 9am and the truck was ready. Courtesy, professional, prompt is how you describe this shop. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. I will be back next time I have a repair or service issue. Thank you Battlefield Automotive! You have my 5 star vote.

Unfortunately my car has been having engine issues the last year or so. More recently my check engine light came on with an evap code for an air leak. They found the problem even though the smoke test wasn’t fruitful because it was a slow leak. they kept looking, found the cracked hose and replaced it for a very affordable price. They also kept the hose and showed me where the problem was. Everyone is very nice, informative and patient with my lack of car knowledge. Will take my car to them for everything I can and absolutely recommend them to everyone.

My Xterra broke down in Jacksonville and AAA towed it to Battlefield Automotive. Within seconds I felt really comfortable with the care they gave me plus gave me a ride home too. When they called Thank God it was just an oxygen sensor and had it fixed the next day. They came and picked me up and the Xterra has worked perfectly.
I’ve also got Tires from them too. Great price! I would recommend these guys at Battlefield Automotive to work on your vehicle in anyway!

Last Week I had the time to finally get my transmission drained, filled and the filter replaced (I already had all parts and fluid needed). I live in Jacksonville but work in Hubert. I stopped by 3 places in Jacksonville who were understandably booked, and one in Hubert who had literally nothing going on (Mechanic had his car in the bay fiddling around) who all said they couldn't touch it for either days or up to two weeks. I called Battlefield and he asked the right questions and understood it wasn't a real difficult job on my particular car, especially being I had all the parts (no waiting on parts delivery) and he said bring it in that day at 1pm. I dropped the car off and they were able to fit me in and called me at 3:30pm to pick the car up. They have some of the best customer service around, I learned that when I worked part-time delivery for Advance Auto a few years ago. These guys would order large containers of oil on a fairly regular basis and they are the ONLY place that would demand that I allow them and their staff to help me unload it. Half the time by the time I got out of my car they were already half way unloaded. Fair prices, honest and caring people. Highly recommend them.

20210701 update: I’ve been using Battlefield Automotive for about 6 months now. Every time I go in to see them they are polite and courteous. Their work is outstanding and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
September 2021 The technicians at battlefield did an alignment and balanced my tires for my vehicle. We had just returned from a hunting trip in Texas and had gone through some pretty nasty trails while out there. I could feel the truck driving a little wonky. I let them know and they scheduled a time, stuck to that and took wonderful care of me and my truck. I will continue to use them. They are a great business to support. I bought a new to me pathfinder and had Scott and his crew go through the vehicle. They found some issues and repaired them after giving me an estimate. They always impress and have high quality craftsmanship. If there’s anything that might be out of their area of expertise, they will recommend other high quality shops. Thank you all again.

Brought our 2011 Nissan Murano in for some general maintenance which involved changing the transmission fluid and transmission filter. Due to the supply chain issues there was a delay with finding the correct filter, completely understandable with the current state of things. Scott and Alex were sure to always keep me informed of the status of the vehicle. I continue to be overly satisfied and impressed by their workmanship and customer service. I will continue to return to them.
