AT&T Store

Patton was Awesome! I walked in with a bunch of questions, and honestly confused…
He answered all my questions, was patient and polite. Let’s put it this way, I left with 2 new phones and new service on both.
We are pretty happy with purchase so far. And we appreciated him, for finding us all possible discounts and making it possible.

They were really great helping me and my wife get what we needed and wasn’t pushy at all. They knew what we needed and suggested a plan that suited us and we didn’t have to feel pressured to buy anything besides what we needed. The guy knew how to help someone that wasn’t savvy with technology. I’d recommend them to anyone.

The guys and one particularly girl helped me for days after I had to buy a new phone. For the first time these kids know they're stuff. I'm thankful at&t hired some people with knowledge, clean, & great service.

I was assisted by the specialist Ashley, she is very professional, polite, proficient in solving the issue with my cell phone. Overall it was a great experience.

ATT has restored all information from my lost phone to my new phone. They did it without any hassle. Glad I use ATT for my iPhone

I go in an have met one of the nicest employee named Denise. She has went up and beyond any thing I could get. We became Friends.

My husband and I had the best experience at this AT&T tonight. We went in late needing new phones and the guy that helped us was named Andrew. He was so patient and helpful and we greatly appreciated him. We also worked with the manager and another employee some and they were great too.

I had no problem with the store or trying to get help. I had to go back the day after because of me not knowing how to use it. As soon as I told him my problem he explained it so I didn’t feel stupid and was very polite. I give’em 5 stars!!!

Nick helped me out and made sure to care of every task that needed to be done to guarantee I had service on my phone before I walked out of the store. I appreciated his patience and good humor in dealing with my phone issues. I even got an upgraded service for less cost! It was a very pleasant and productive experience.

I needed a new phone. I was in/out within 30 minutes with what I needed. Sales person was polite, professional, knowledgeable, kind, and quick. Been using AT&T since 1999, and was easily a top 3 experience in the store. Typically always good service, this time exceptional.

kylee was very nice and helpful. she did a great job at getting us set up. answered all of our questions with transparency, and we were out of there in a very timely manner.

I bought a new iPhone yesterday at the Danville, Kentucky AT&T store. My customer service rep, Michelle, went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable in using my new phone. She was very patient and kind. I really appreciate her and feel very comfortable in going to her for any future questions I might have about my new phone.

I switched services recently in order to get some cell coverage where I live. I was fortunate and lucky enough to have Denise Rodriguez as my sales rep. What a pleasure to work with; friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She’s everything that a sales rep should be. AT&T needs to look at hiring more like her. I’ve had too many bad experiences with ATT in other contexts (DIRECTV and old ATT phone service). I very likely would have not made the purchases that I did that day if the sales rep had been anyone else.Thank you Denise, I hope you have much success, and yes I now actually do have cell phone service out here in the boondocks!

All of the times I've went to this store the staff have been extremely friendly and courteous. I recently switched from Prepaid over to Post Paid on AT&T and they had my account switched in less than 5 minutes, all was well until I tried using my data on my phone. For some odd reason my data wouldn't work after we switched over and we tried for over an hour with several different staff members to resolve the issue, we eventually had to call national support and put in a ticket but thankfully my data started working less than 20 minutes after I left. The person I recommend going to in that store is Amanda, absolutely fantastic customer service.

This store is amazing. The staff is the best and they treat their customers with respect and value their time. I even had the manager check to make sure everything was going ok and he told me he appreciated us being loyal customers.

After many years with our carrier, we needed to switch. Change is never easy, but no coverage is a huge issue and we needed a provider who could PROVIDE SERVICE. Kyle made our switch painless and was such a friendly soul! Highly recommend the Danville, KY AT&T store. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. As business owners we watch for the connection and they make it!
