Staff was very nice and helpful in helping find exactly what I needed. I also would like to add the cashier was very pleasant and she made sure I had what I needed for my project when I was checking out.

I was looking for a new entry door knob. They have enough food knobs to change every door in the White House, and Still have Door Knobs left over! The people are helpful and they don't keep you waiting all day for service either. I highly recommend them.

You can't beat the staff at this store. I went in with a propane problem, and they were able to get me the fittings I needed to get me up and running. Thank you to the staff. I don't know the young man's name, but he had a beard and dark hair

As a former 10 year retail manager for Lowes, I am extremely impressed with this store. I live in Bean Station and traveled to this store for a propane heater, might I mention, NO STORE within 75 miles had one, including Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, or any big box stores. My water well had frozen from the blackouts from the electric company. My great experience started with a phone call. My call was answered promptly and adequately. I was told they had a heater in stock and even offered to hold it for me.
Once I arrived at the store I quickly realized what a great store this was. I was greeted by several employees, asked if I needed help. As I walked the store I could see that it was well organized and the environment and attitude of employees was great! Since Covid, its been a common problem of being low staffed or retaining quality employees. That was not the case in this store. Thank you Ace Hardware for such a pleasant yet unplanned trip!!!!!!

A+ on customer service. These guys (and ladies) are beyond helpful! Someone will always greet you and ask you if you need help, or what you are looking for today. You can’t go more than 2 isles or spend more than 3 or 4minutes looking for something, before the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th DIFFERENT employee greets you asking to help, WITHOUT being intrusive. (because all of us hard headed type A men want to do it ourselves). But it is nice to have multiple resources help you who are knowledgeable and kind. THANK you!!

I was needing several different things and the staff was extremely helpful especially Daniel. I would definitely recommend Ace hardware especially if like me you don't know what you're looking for 😂. They went out of their way to help me with all the issues I was having that day.

Very nice employees. Only downfall is when you use a $5.00 off coupon. Why does ur bill go up over 5.00 it should be taking it off not adding it. Other than that go check out all the wonderful specials they have going on. They usually have some good deals on something u can't live without.😎

It's a great store to avoid big box Lowe's, they stock many items, unfortunately they don't have the strong arm buying power of big box stores,so many items are more expensive. This store has many knowledgeable people working here to help you out, unlike the many morons who work at the big box stores. If you need something for a small project,come here instead of lowes and support a local business for a few bucks more.

Had exactly what we needed to repair our lawnmower that a lawnmower repair business up the road said they do not repair junk items. Well....not everyone can afford new equipment. You will get more business repairing older items instead if turning business away. Thank you Ace Hardware for helping us.
