First Baptist Church Elkin

I attended my cousins memorial service. The church is very nice and the service was wonderful. My heart and prayers go out to Kim, Jackson and the family.

There is a great music program here for children youth and adults.. We are small, but joyful.

A church for ALL people. They really are. Just love the place.

The church was cold, very cold. Program, nice, but the church cold!

The music was great!! I love this type of contemporary praise and worship. The preacher wasn’t there when we went so they had someone else preach. He wasn’t bad. Our problem was that our children had no where to go during service, so they had to stay with us. This was very distracting for us and boring for them. It’s so hard to concentrate on Gods word when you have children wiggling around whinnying and messing with things because they are bored out of their minds. I feel they should have children’s church during our service time. No point in going back if that’s not going to change.
