Excellent variety of equipment. Always clean with an emphasis on cleaning the equipment. The owners are great people and so are the people that frequent the gym. I love the fact that there is a good mix of ages represented, especially since I just turned 76 and still love to workout.

Old school iron, not just a bunch of treadmills. Never too crowded to the point you have to wait on equipment for more than a few minutes during their peak times. Lots of other activities to get into as well from kick boxing, BJJ, HIIT classes, kids classes. A lot of stuff you don't find at most typical gyms. Staff is very friendly and professional as well.

One of my favorite gyms. Tons of equipment to use, it's not very crowded, and the rates are decent. Staff is pretty on it about keeping the equipment sanitized.

Awesome place! High Velocity Fitness has it all. Great facility with something for everyone - group fitness classes, high-intensity BJJ/MMA training classes for the more competitive out there, kids martial arts classes, or you can just work out at your own pace in the gym. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable teachers & trainers and very reasonable prices. Free child care during certain hours, too (so no more excuses to not work out!! :) )

Love this place! I have been working out at High Velocity for 5 or 6 years now and have enjoyed being a part of a great gym. They offer such a wide variety of different classes which allows everyone to find the workout program that fits them best. The coaches, trainers, and instructors are great at keeping you motivated and giving you that extra push that keeps you coming back day after day. I personally enjoy the jujitsu and MMA training. The Apex Martial Arts program has some amazing coaches, Scott and Richard, who not only coach us but train with us as well. The best part for me about being a part of High Velocity Fitness and Apex MMA is the fact that I am accepted, respected, and treated as an equal in male dominated sport even when I am currently the only woman training with an amazing group of men.

I have been going here since May 2013. I love every minute I'm there it is a home away from home. They have the best prices, I drive from OKC, OK to this location everyday. Has great machines that I use all the time. The staff is always cheerful and willing to help anyone. It's a great family atmosphere, I have family that go here. The MMA/BJJ instructors are very motivational, and willing to show each student how success is done. Not to mention A LOT OF THE FIGHTERS ARE CHAMPIONS that come here to train. Lots of good people and I love APEX members. ONCE A APEX FIGHTER ALWAYS A APEX FIGHTER.

Great family atmosphere, staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable in all areas. Nice and clean with well taken care of equipment. APEX High Velocity has all you need for weights,cardio, boot camp and Martial Arts,. Pricing is great too.

People and owners are all nice. Place is pretty clean. Still has the old style iron which I love. Brazilian jiu jitsu classes are great for kids and adults

Great gym equipment, has everything you need and more, staff is extremely nice and helpful, and some of the best MMA training you can get. Dont know if there is another MMA training center in the OKC area with a full size octagon.

Full service gym with fun, friendly atmosphere! There is something for everyone at High Velocity Fitness! Staff all the way from the trainers & instructors to the day care providers are wonderful!!!

The Apex center was very enjoyable and I reccomend choosing this center for teaching your child self defense. I have nothing to say about the fitness part. ( I havent been in there.)

My home away from home. Owners are the best. Prettiest girls. Don't go here because so far it ain't crowded.
