Just a quick drive thru pick up! Fast, friendly and convenient! Arby's has great chocolate shakes! They've been doing very well with my orders every time, fast and friendly!

Arby's does have the meats. This was probably the best made, best put together half pound French dip sandwich I have ever had from and Arby's location. It was almost perfect, just needed a bit more cheese. If I could get it made like this every time, I'd probably eat there more than once every few months. This was a splurge meal, so I dont feel too bad about this massive amount of meat!

I got two meals here for me and my mom and they were both good! We got the #1 with curly fries for both meals. And a side of jalapeño papers which were amazing!

Arby's has a nice friendly atmosphere from the time you walk in the. They also have really good salads I'd have to say that's my favorite.

Service was pretty slow with only 2 cars (almost 5 minutes sitting at the window) and getting cold fries, it seems like if you make people wait for extended periods you can drop fresh fries instead of giving them the ones that had been sitting forever

We have the best Arby's in shepherdsville ky they did forget my side cup of cheddar the last 2 times but food an service is top notch....

Fish sandwich is back! Love their fish! Service was a bit slow...short on staff...but we were acknowledged right away...so not a major issue...be patient! Staff was very pleasant!

Cheaper than most fast food restaurants! Better food too. Four roast beef sandwiches for $10? Where’s your beef McDonald’s? Jalapeño popper’s with Bronco Berry sauce is really good.

Everytime I come to this location our food is hot, correct and actually looks like the photo on the menu. The staff has always been friendly and always remembers to ask about condiments. I sometimes go out of my way to the Shepherdsville location just because of the service. There is nothing more aggravating then rude and incorrect service and this location is worth the drive!!!!

You got to love a half pound roast beef. Was in and out pretty quick tonight. Still don't like how they didn't let me use my free birthday gift the free milkshake with purchase of the sandwich thing but I blame that on an incompetent manager. Hopefully he got replaced because he didn't know how to read too well.

Like roast beef? Then you're going to love Arby's menu. What's nice is that their menu offers a nice variety beyond just roast beef. This location is often busy, and the staff here does an excellent job of keeping the community fed. Everytime I've visited this location I'm greated by a friendly staff, and the food is always really good. Only on rare occasion have I physically walked into the establishment to eat, but I do remember the facility to be well taken care of and clean. I've been coming here for years, and hopefully many more to come.

Bardstown location has full menu. Sometimes a little slow in taking order at drive thru, but food is good.
Had stopped earlier in Shepherdsville and they had alot of items out of stock.

I visit there today and I got a little upset because we had waited over 10 minutes for our food and never received it. once the manager was aware of the fact we never received our food. she not only got our food but refunded our money. So that was a good thing .so I would recommend this Arby's to anyone who wants to go to Arby's. They treated us with an apology because they forgot about us. Small things mean a lot and I appreciate it.

This is a brand new recently constructed restaurant. Of course it is nice , clean and modern. Somethin I have discovered on the menu is the brisket sandwich I'm not sure if it's new but it is delicious. I ordered it a couple times already. I'm going to have to find some time to make it there for lunch in order it again.

Ordered drive-thru, took no time to get the food. It was still hot when we got home. The food always taste good and fresh. The person who took my order was polite and professional. The person who I interacted with at the window was also polite and professional. Everytime I go there it's a good experience. I never have a complaint when I go there. I would reccomend highly.

We did an order ahead order with quite a bit of food and a few made to order items. Everything was perfect and ready very quickly!
