I was looking for a reputable shop in the area for a simple tire change on a Vstrom and found Grandeur to be highly rated. I was unable to drop the bike off, and they were able to accommodate doing a quick change for me, by appointment. Everyone there, from my phone calls to my service was very friendly. They all seem to love what they are doing and enjoy helping people. I'll definitely be back for later, more indepth work when needed.
