Quality Inn Jonesville I-77

From the time we checked in til we checked out it was a great hotel experience. When we walked into the lobby it was decorated for Christmas and I felt like I was in a Hallmark movie. Everything was so beautifully done and so clean. The front desk clerk was so cheerful and helpful and made out check in delightful.i deal with ptsd and don't go out much but she put me at ease. The pool area was so clean and inviting and the hot tub amazing. The room was very clean and the bed crisp and just right. I loved the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower , so much nicer than the little bottles that are never enough to wash hair. We stayed 2 nights and the housekeepers came around next morning and knocked and asked if we needed anything. Breakfast was really good to especially the waffles. They even had hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies in the lobby area when you wanted some. And I have to say again how clean everything was. And the lobby too so beautiful and so thoughtful to have it decorated for Christmas for those who have to travel at Christmas.

The staff at the desk, and in the lobby are outstanding.
The lobby area is warm and well decorated.
The room was a bit dated, but clean.
The only criticism I can make is that the room smelled a little of perfume. I believe that someone had smoked in it previously and they applied something to remove the smell.
The breakfast in the morning was outstanding.
Among other items, they had premade sausage and eggs in several forms in a cooler that you simply warmed up a bit. They have an automatic, pancake machine and waffle machine.
There was even gravy that you could heat up and put over biscuits.
The staff was always there to clean up the tables as people left.
This place is an inexpensive gem!

I spend the majority of the weekends in a year traveling, but this was a first time that I’ve come into such a comfy and inviting lobby. It was like walking into someone’s house and eating breakfast here was so nice.

The pool and hot tub were great to have open till 10.

The service was wonderful. The rooms were clean. It was the season of stink bugs flying around and they’re notorious for getting into ridiculous places, so we had to throw a few out of the room, but there’s nothing the hotel could do about that.

If we’re ever in the area again, this is where we’ll be staying.

No frills older rooms, but comfortable, clean, with necessary and well functioning amenities. Nice warm breakfast buffet with inviting seating. Pool seemed nice. Friendly staff. Easy access from I 77.

Great place to stay! Easy on & off the interstate. The lobby was really nicely decorated. Our room was super, only problem was the coffee pot did not work, but we were right next door to McDonald's got it on the way to the interstate. Had a king bed with a desk , microwave, fridge , tv with must have been 75 cannels , max, HBO, , Couch/Love seat, iron & board & Safe. Lights & 2 end tables on both sides of the bed if you have C-paps. Can't say enough. Will use again!!

One of the nicest Quality Inns we've ever seen. The staff is very friendly, the grounds are inviting, the rooms are clean. We especially liked the picnic tables out back, corn hole boards, and the designated smoking area away from the motel rooms. The bathroom is probably about due for an update, but it was very clean. And the towels felt and looked like new. They offered a full breakfast with lots of comfortable seating next to the lobby.

Used to stay here all the time years ago. Recently spent a couple nights once again and everything is very nice. The beds and pillows are good. The selection on the TV is good. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Pets are ok and the fee is cheap. If you’re pulling a trailer, there’s plenty of parking. Nice pool nice fitness room. I would absolutely recommend it.

Anita, Mercy, and the rest of the staff were compassionate, kind, caring & helpful! Our pet was gravely ill, they recommended & contacted an incredible vet for us, which in the end saved our pet's life. Forever grateful♡♡♡ THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

In addition: room very clean, surrounding is quiet & pretty, and the breakfast was delicious. Most definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Great place, friendly and clean. They put out cookies for my kids when we got there. Very easy to get on and off the highway.

We love this motel! This is an older, totally renovated building. Very quiet rooms, excellent new comfy beds, and updated bathrooms. Very nice pool, and patio area. But the lobby is decorated so cute.
Wonderful breakfast as well. We have been here 3 times and will return!

I highly recommend this hotel. Pet friendly rooms are clean. The lobby is decorated for fall and it’s beautiful. The breakfast provided is awesome!

We came at Christmas time and the lobby was beautifully decorated.

It was vary clean the rooms need to be updated old carpet tub needs some work but overall nice place wasn't a big fan of the breakfast and there was several stink bugs in the room and the highway traffic was load in the room as well there are some options to eat close there's a waffle has right there and a cracker barrel 2 mins up the road

This is our 2nd stay here. Just stayed the night rooms ate clean and lobby is set up cozy and festive. Staff is very friendly .

The GM Anita and all the staff go above and beyond to make your stay very welcome and "home" like. There are small touches through out the property that shows these folks genuinely care and have thought through every need a guest may have. Very clean and well appointed breakfast area and lobby. Very Clean rooms. Kind and thoughtful people that are very community oriented. Good Christian folks! Highly recommend this hotel!

This place has what the other place is lack and that is the family touch! You can tell this place must be privately owned because the staff take pride in their job and just sitting in the lobby you feel as if you are sitting at your grandparents house! I'm so happy that we stumbled across this place and it even had room on the side to park the jeep, jet ski and motor coach if we needed to!

This was probably one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in for quite a while. I loved the American decor and everything was very homey!! The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a large variety of foods. Will definitely stay here again!
