I had a completely different experience. I made my purchase over the phone from Indianapolis because me husband and I were moving to Burkesville. Ineedex appliances that could be delivered soon. The gentleman that took my order was very patient as he took the time to tell me what he had in stocks. The two men that delivered my purchase were very friendly and curious. I will buy from them again.

We moved to south central Kentucky from Ohio and wanted to update our appliances in the house that we bought. They have been very helpful and informative every time we go there to purchase an item. We highly recommend them. Love it being a locally owned business!!

They had the part I needed and were very nice.

My refrigerator stopped working after just a couple months of having it. I called to check on how much it cost to fix he said ma'am you have a warranty. They very nice and helpful we have bought other appliances from them. Buy local you always get good service.

They're always super helpful & knowledgeable about the products they're selling. We always go to the Appliance store for our Stihl purchases. The kids loved their toy chainsaws too!
