Silver Springs Vineyards

What a great Harvest Host stay. Everyone was so hospitable and helpful. The food was excellent as were the wines. Baklava was the best we've ever eaten.

George and Michelle run a terrific restaurant, The Greek Cafe, and winery, Silver Springs, in Riceville, about 45 minutes from Chattanooga off I75. We've visited three times so far, and have had great meals every time. The staff is professional, efficient and friendly, and they're always eager to please.
We were there last with a group of ten, and all were very happy with their dishes and service.
Be sure to ask for the unbelievable stacked waffle (see pic,... forgot what they called it).
Give them a try - its well worth the drive!

Great wine! Good menu. This is one of the nicer restaurants in this area. Worth the drive. It is a casual dining atmosphere with a great wine selection. The wine is reasonably priced. The desserts are excellent and made there. The owners are friendly and allowed me to have a sample before buying a bottle. It has a wine cave look even though it is above ground. Easy to park and access.

A small group went here for dinner. We started out with some wine tasting, which is free if you are eating. We then had a great Greek meal of moussaka which was terrific. Unbelievable selection of desserts including great baklava.

Plus now I found a close "go-to" date place for my beautiful wife(she already told me she wants to come back), that should keep in me out of the dog house, if for some silly reason I stumble in it(which is a rare event 😉) love you Hon 😘🥰😍💗💕

Had a great experience tonight! Dinner was delicious... fish/shrimp/potato and slaw. Everything was really good! I’m not a wine drinker; however, had a little taste test tonight that might change my mind. Thank you for a great meal and welcoming atmosphere! I will definitely be back!

If I could give Silver Springs a million stars, I would. The food was perfect and the atmosphere was even better. They have a winery, vineyard, event space, Bed and Breakfast, and restaurant on site and everything is just so beautifully cohesive and well thought out. George and Michele are wonderful hosts and make everyone who visits feel like family. If you're in the area (or even remotely close to the area), you'd be crazy not to check it out.

I simply cannot say enough about George and his staff. My son had his wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner at Silver Springs in mid June and everything was simply perfect. The food was incredible, the wine from the vineyard was amazing and the service was wonderful. George made a brisket that melted in our mouths. You simply must try his lemon potatoes and coleslaw. The wide variety of deserts are so decadent I'm still thinking about them! - My favorite was the tiramisu cheesecake. The best part of the evening was that I did not have to worry about a single thing. George treated us like family. If we lived in Athens, we would eat there at least once a week just so we could see him! If you are looking for an amazing meal or a caterer for a special event, you can't go wrong with Silver Springs. Thank you George, from the bottom of our hearts!

We found silver springs vineyards and Greek Cafe through harvest host. The wine was amazing. we had the chardonnay. We enjoyed a seafood platter and several vegan options. The owners are fantastic, the staff are wonderful, the ambience is inviting and relaxing. George and his wife, the owners, made us feel like family. We will definitely include Silver Springs Vineyards and Cafe on our next trip through Tennessee and highly recommend anyone traveling along I-75 to stop by.

I had heard good things but I was still pleasantly surprised. They included beets (which I usually hate) in their Greek salad and I loved it! They made me a fan. Everything was well seasoned and flavorful. It is a little pricey but well worth it. I highly recommend!

I happened to stumble on this place on the highway. It was very easy to get to and welcomed by the owner George. My friend and I did the wine tasting for $5 and loved the wine! This is real wine. They also have a full menu specializing in Greek cuisine and delicious pastries.

Went there for a birthday celebration 🎂 George and the girls were amazing with service. Food was excellent and dessert was to die for. Thank you so much for being a part of our fun💕

A friend invited me to see her son in laws band the ...mendingwall play ar this place in their outdoor venue...I had a great time it was very family oriented and they sounded great
I didn't eat but the food looked delicious and they served right out in the venue

Love the food, wine and atmosphere. We usually get the trout which is delicious!

I can say that the seafood platter is the best I've ever eaten. If you like seafood, I recommend it. The artichorke spinach appetizer is delicious. I enjoy the strawberry wine like no other. The warm atmosphere, the excellent service, the staff are very friendly, I recommend it if you pass by this place do not hesitate to visit it.

Stopped on our travels again. The food is perfect, every time. The wine is my absolute favorite. Beautiful location, such a wonderful owner. Staff is top notch
