Wasatch Back Grill & Deli

The cheese steaks we ordered were so good. I had them put their lava sauce on mine and it hit the spot exactly.

Let me say something though, the fries have to be the best fries I've ever had. Super crunchy. Super fluffy interior. Had me thinking about getting more hours later.

Wasatch Back Grill & Deli is a one-of-a-kind-hit-a-home-run-deliciousness. You will not be disappointed. We stopped in from traveling with a large group, and were easily accommodated. The food was hot and fresh, and hit the taste buds perfectly. 5 stars easily awarded.
Anyone that gives them less than than the appropriate stars of goodness must eat just dirt, and not enjoy happiness. 😉

In the area and all the traditional places were so busy decided to yet Wasatch Back Grill & Deli. So glad we did. My Wasatch Cheddar Bacon burger was great. Onion rings were epic and the mac and cheese was... great! Certainly recommend this place.

Went for lunch and was greeted by a super nice lady who I eventually figured out was working completely alone. After she took our orders she slapped on some gloves and got the grill going, I ordered the Chicken sandwich wasatch back style which is with Peperoncino, mushrooms, onions, and bacon w special sauce.
Despite working alone and also fixing the soda for Coke Zero, this gal was phenomenal. The sandwich was really good, I absolutely would get it again. I know she was just working alone because things are really slow right now but if every boss had an employee like her, they’d be in good shape. You should really go check it out next time you decide to go out!

What a meal! The banana peppers were a pleasant surprise. I had the wasatch back burger and I'd have it again for sure!

We walked in with our extended family of 30. They calmly and swiftly moved through our orders, got it all right, and the food was great. Pulled pork is excellent. The pastrami on the German and Reuben are also delicious. Fries are crisp and hot. Chicago dog tastes like it came from Chicago. I’d come here again. Thanks for accommodating our large family.

A few of us stopped in here today for lunch after doing some work in the area. We were looking for something different that we don't normally go to, aka NOT a chain. This looked like a nice option, so we stopped.

To the point: Very happy with our experience here. The food was great, prices reasonable, and the service quick and friendly. Everything appeared to be made to order, with no heat lamps in sight! The place was clean and had a friendly, comfortable atmosphere to it. The gal who took our order, and I assume was one of the owners, was super friendly and checked on us several times to make sure everything was to our liking.

Lot's of delicious sounding burgers to choose from, including what one of my co-workers got, essentially a burger on top of a baked potato! Looked great, but I had the Western Cheddar Bacon Burger, which was very tasty. I also tried both fries and onion rings, neither of which disappointed.

They also had a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, soups, pasta, and salads to choose from if that is more to your liking. (I could take my wife here, and both of us would be happy with the selection.)

I'm not in Heber too often, but I will certainly put the Wasatch Back Grill on my list to hit again next time I'm in town. Give it a try!

We came here as a backup plan, but we were so glad we did. The food is so good and filling. Everyone in the family was happy including my toddlers. The Mac and cheese was phenomenal, the Turkey burger was delicious, I devoured the pork sandwich, and I will dream about those fries.
We will be back!!

I don't think restaurants get enough credit especially right now. I had the French Dip and deli special salad on Tuesday and it was delicious! It was busy for a Tuesday night, but that didn't stop them from rolling out incredible food in a very timely manner. As far as the pricing goes, it is competitive and comparable for the area. Be kind. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I went to Wasatch Back Grill and Deli today and got their Pastrami Burger with a Gluten Free bun and honestly it was one of the BEST burgers O have ever had!!! Normally gluten free buns are more like cardboard, all those GF people out there understand what I mean, but theirs was one of the best I’ve ever had! I definitely will be going back for some more delicious food!!

AMAZING French fries!! Stopped in here after riding the Heber train during Christmas and had an amazing burger! Small venue but the service was extremely fast and the staff were very friendly, engaging and cordial. Will definitely be coming back here next time I'm in Heber! Would recommend to anyone who wants their socks knocked off with the best crispy French fries and their tummies filled with a fantastic burger.

My wife and I were attending an event in Heber. We had about an hour between programs and right during the evening dining rush hour. We drove past several fast food restaurants but caught this place out the corner of our eye so decided to give it a try. What a pleasant surprise! Great food at a great price! The Philly Cheesesteak was excellent along with the beer battered fries. They also expedited our order so we could get back to our event on time.

Found this place by accident. Was looking for a gourmet sandwich at a not-so-gourmet price and not so crowded. It was just a few blocks off the Main Street in Heber City. Had a Turkey Burger with the works and fries. Oh man! Old school homemade style and delicious! Very attentive and friendly staff. It will become a tradition for me when I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Great place! Great food! Great Fry sauce! GREAT EVERYTHING! Wish there was more room in my belly for the great food! If you are passing through Heber City, stop here, great prices. They need a bigger spot though, for more seating. They deliver great food, I recommend this on a day where you want to eat out.

AMAZING lunch. Stopped by on our way through Heber City and the food 100% hit the spot. Everything made to order, incredibly fresh and delicious. BLT was flawless and the monte cristo was a masterpiece of sweet and savory in a sandwich. Fries and onion rings on the side were perfectly crispy.

We enjoyed this eatery on our trip to Heber. Definitely get the beer battered onion rings. Excellent and friendly service.

These are seriously the best burgers I've ever had. I've eaten a few different varieties of their burgers and they've all been delightful... Plus.. Who can go wrong with sweet potato fries? The service has always been impeccable. I love this place!

Took my wife and young kids here. They have a good kids menu of small burgers, mac and cheese, chicken strips and more. We had the clam chowder, sweet potato fries and chili cheese dog. The food is good quality, service was friendly and FAST on a Saturday night. Projector had lion king playing. Atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Facility was clean.
