It says on here that they open at 7:30 am..But they did not open doors till 7:52.I went to pick up my Daughter's ROTC uniform and they couldn't find it and asked if it was under a different name.. They found it finally and the shirt wasn't pressed. I had asked them to have it ready on tuesday afternoon.. Since there was confusion and it wasnt ready they didnt charge me. Thank you for that...

My western rodeo shirts are wrinkled and possibly damaged. My pants was asked to heavy heavy starch and literally they could flap in the wind like a flag when I picked them up they were so loose. My collars are wrinkled my sleeves are wrinkled. Absolutely horrible

Servicemen actually misplaced/lost my items. After 30 mins of not being able to locate them, the owner actually accused me of having picked them up already and trying to circle back to attempt to reclaim them. The nerve!!! Another servicemen decided to look again or if not in another spot and just like that, the items appeared. No apology or form of compassion from the owner whatsoever. Completely unprofessional/lack luster service.
