McDonald's

Just stopped at the drive through for a quick lunch. The employees were quick and efficient and the food was hot and good. I used the mobile app so I'm sure that helped with the speed! If you don't have the McDonald's mobile app I highly recommend it! Great discounts and you save time, but most importantly you are sure your oder was placed correctly! 😉

The two young ladies at the register and the young man that gave me my food (Judah) was exactly what excellent customer service looks like. All of them was young, professional and respectful... McDonald's Management make sure you take good care of the young employees that are doing an exceptional job. 👏🏾

I had an issue with the size of my patty and Judah made sure my sandwich was made again to my satisfaction... McDonald's you are going to have two types of employees...the ones that make you money and the ones that cause you to lose money...and Judah is a money maker. 💪🏾💯. This really was the best food I ever had I had a double quarter with cheese, a number seven, and a 20-piece chicken 🐓 nuggets. Keep up the good work guys.

Manager was very polite and explaining to me why my buy one get one free chicken egg and cheese McGriddle was $12. Come to find out you have to pay for any extras you get on the free one even though it's buy one get one free you would assume you would get the same thing for free that you paid for. Didn't even receive what I had ordered but I did not care because it was delicious. The biscuits and chicken were very fresh and hot. I cannot stress enough how polite the manager was that took my order. As far as the atmosphere goes as I was typing up this review a bum came up to me while I was outside at the picnic table eating and asked me if I happen to have $30 so he could get some food? People are crazy man I could barely afford to buy my own biscuit I tried to let him down very gently but I got cussed out and called a liar anyway when I told him that I had to scrounge up money and chang to by myself breakfast

Because they are short staffed, they need orders to go to drive thru, curbside to stay parked and door dash to come inside. They can't take counter orders but they are still letting people use the bathroom, knowing the fireworks show is in an hour.i know this McDonald's Has its bad days, but this day they are being compassionate and good neighbors tonight. Happy 4th Laurens!!

Mo is such a sweet and professional employee of yours. You're blessed to have her. Everyone was so upbeat and helpful. I wish our McDonald's was like this 1. Food was hot and really good.

Guy was mopping and was spraying cleaner that choked me up while I was eating.

This was one of the two only places open when I got off work tonight, and I’m so glad I chose to spend my hard earned cash here! The overnight crew was super sweet and the food was fresh, they went above and beyond to make our night great. Thank you McDonald’s crew!! Give them a raise!

We are a family of 8 that visited this location for dine in. Our order was huge and they were fairly busy. I am very pleased with the service as our order was served with no mistake and the staff was very kind! I will definitely make the drive to this location before visiting my local store!

The manager was super sweet, It was definitely the worst food experience ever...the line was long. The machine didn't work. They quit taking orders. I didn't get to order till window. Waited. 29 minutes later. My food came and I was otw however; had it not been the mom of 8 I met, McDonald's would have lost a customer all for production or time; but the customer service was phenomenal.

Literally the only McDonald's that listens if you ask for no onions

This is the only McDonald's that I know of that I can rely on for good food and fast and friendly service. I stop by here alot for breakfast and they're always on top of their game and I really appreciate that!

Although there was an altercation with an employee and a delivery driver it was great food

I mostly just use the drive thru. We don't go very often, however when we do its to get french fries and french vanilla iceed coffees. The coffees are huge and only a $1. The fries are always seemingly fresh. Fast service for the majority of the time.

Late night at the drive thru and these ladies were amazing !! So friendly and such an upbeat personality. Food was fresh and good . We will definitely return.

Same every time. Have double check every time you go if straw in the bag. I bet half the times I been no straw,no napkins.
And act put out if you ask for them.amdbwjays up with that huge pot hole at drive thru window. Take a 4by4 get out drive thru.

Was not satisfied with the service. My order was given to the car in front of me and when the customer realized that the order wasn't theirs they gave it back. When I pulled up they gave me that same order that the other customer had touched and it was put back un their window. REALLY DID NOT LIKE THE SERVICE

Great young woman is good at taking orders and being a cashier and the employees are great getting your food together good food not to the extreme but it is okay

AMAZING service! Even though we had a mix up in our order everyone was so kind, best experience I've ever had in a fast food restaurant!
