Very nice folks! At the drive thru window, pleasantly surprised by me giving a tip! Said Thank you for the tip! I said thank you for working! Lol, grilled chicken sandwiches, loaded baked potatoes and a nice salad! Enough for my lunch or dinner tomorrow and the next day! Thanks Wendy's, seem to have a great experience each time I go there, even though I don't get out of the house but a couple times a month and usually for doctors appointments! A big thumbs up and THANKS

Burgers that melt in your mouth and the fries are bomb too! Descent wait time. No complaints here!

Everything was fine the inside restaurant needed attention most tables were empty and needed to be wiped down.

It's better than McDonald's...what more can you ask for from fast food?

I want to give a shout out to the lady working the drive thru on the evening of New years day 2024. She was SUPER friendly, and even helped me with lowering the cost of my order, as a kindness. I'm not sure her name, but if her managers ever read this, please pass it along to her, that I appreciate her very much.

Tried their breakfast since I was a huge fan before they discontinued it. It was delicious. I got the maple butter chicken and it had just a touch of sweet. Very good!!! I missed the potatoes something crazy and they taste just as good. The oatmeal bar is a little smaller than before but it was scrumptious. I am so glad they have breakfast again, I will be back for more!!! Great job and fast and friendly service.

Stopped here on 3/17/22, drive thru was busy but they were getting everyone through quickly. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a baked potato and it was so good. It was hot and fresh. I love my Wendy's in Shepherdsville Ky.

Sweetest employees around. The Wendy’s near my home is never as friendly or as accommodating as this one. Came through drive during a busy Sunday afternoon, saw tons of smiling faces, and my food was hot and ready by the time I got to the window. Best experience I’ve ever had at Wendy’s and I look forward to experiencing their incredible customer service again soon.

There's a reason why the line for drive thru stays wrapped halfway around the building and at times all way to the street! It isn't because of slow service either! They give customers good and hot food every time at this location. You may wait in line a tad longer than at other drive thru restaurants but that's only because they make your food when you order. Not before. It is always hot and tasty. Just plucked from the proverbial "frying pan".

Always great food at this wendys the employees are very nice and helpful the manager Judy was very nice and Susan even cooked me an awesome cheese burger although they were already closing she hadn't yet shut down the grill but didn't have to take the time to make me anything when she was trying to get things shut down and was cleaning I greatly appreciated it and if these lady's were allowed tips they definitely would have gotten one from me was the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever seen for only a couple employees to be running the entire store and drive through they have it going on and are doing a great job props ladies!!

This was my first time back at a Wendy's in 35+ years...just don't eat fast food. This visit was made special by the young man that took our order. He was smart, friendly and quite personable. Must have something to do with the location. Middle (flyover) America. Oh, and the chili was very good.

Super nice folks and great food at 5he Shepherdsville Wendy's. Susan and Ray Ray were awesome and delivered some of the best customer service I've received in months, anywhere! Great job ladies keep up the great work!! I'll definitely be back and I would recommend anyone in this area to stop in for a bite at this Wendy's.

I had to buy my husband some chili. He ordered through a person because the speaker wasn't working. They still managed to mess up his order. He said he ordered chili but wasn't sure if he paid for the chili he didn't get.😔😔

As always fast and reliable service with no order mishaps. No long line like McDonald's. So inconvenient when pinched for time. But not my girl Wendy's, right on time and you know what they say, "The way to a man's heart is thru his stomach!" 🍔🍟🍦🇯🇵🚲☀=😀!

When is Wendy's ever bad? This Wendy's is always super busy. Times in the evening are kinda long, but for how much business that they get I totally get it. My food has always been satisfactory, no complaints yet.

Went through the drive thru at 6:30am on Saturday.. They guys working are simply amazing. Great coustomer service. Thank you both for your positve attitudes and you spunk. You all are great!!!

Food was good and hot didn't wait long. Wish they was open in the morning at 7 usually only 1 person

The drive thru speaker was out of order. But the service was good. Food was good.

Come to this wendys quite often, only a couple times my order was messed up, but manager knew what happened and gave me what i was missing.( New girl in training didnt know i had a couple more bags with my order) No big deal. They have to learn and it's a fast pace job mistakes happen.

Love Wendys! No.1 single. Loaded w/ fries and Coke. But, like a lot of Fast Food restaurants. If I order much more than that. I might end up spending some cash. Offering free delivery.aint gonna be enough come soon. A good friend of mine went to a different fast food drive thru. And, spent $43.00 on dinner for three. Free delivery Oughta come with a stripper. But,Shepherdsville Wendy's. Is the best.
