I went very late, around 10:30. I got the Gyro and fries. Very good. Everything was hot and tasted very fresh. The woman at the window seemed genuinely happy to serve. Very positive experience!

Had not had a roast beef sandwich in quite a while. A new job, in a new location prompted my visit.
From the moment I walked in the visit was incomparable!
Best counter service EVER, with a smile and attitude reminiscent of days of old when people understood their roles in the food service industry and wanted you to actually have a great experience!
And the sandwich?
Closest sandwich I have ever had to what the ads represent!
What else can I say?
I am almost afraid to return just because I don't want to be rudely awakened to that maybe being a one-off.
But it was sooooo enjoyable, I Will!!

We contacted the store to let them know they left out a fry and the ones we did receive were half empty and the general manager contacted my husband back within 10 minutes and told him he was making us a meal fresh and DELIVERED it to our house. He was so apologetic and made sure we were taken care of. This was above and beyond customer service. I will recommend this location to everyone. I know sometimes service can take a while, but they make sure you are taken care of.

Very pleasant experience. Friendly and polite staff, and personable manager. Higher standards than most. I came at 4pm through drive through, she (manager) had them drop fresh fries for my order. Thank you!

They cooked my wife's fish fresh to order, my French Dip was great, the service was exceptional. The store was clean and well supplied. The faces were friendly and warm. All this for less than $5 per person.

I particularly like this location. I'm much closer to simpsonville but it's always better here! I've never used the drive thru but the dining area is spacious and very clean.

We went through the Drive thru on 1/12/22 @6:50 .The young man at the window was very professional ,polite and great customer service. However when we got home the fish sandwiches wasn't in the bag .I called to let them know and spoke with Charles and once again, I couldn't ask for better customer service. I explained that we lived 12 miles away and didn't want to drive back there and ask if I could pick it up tomorrow and he was very understanding. The service was also very quick. Every place needs to have workers like this.

went to Arby's #8590 tonight and went inside to eat... It has been a while let me tell you what... if you are tired of going somewhere and getting rude treatment or slow service these days.... THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. I mean the moment I walked in the door, even with the drive through loaded at rush hour. I was greeted with a hello glad to see you. Excellent service and excellent fresh food. If I were the owner I would not let this crew go. what a change of pace from all the other places in Laurens .... Order #131 4/28/2022 535 pm. My family and I will be making this a weekly if not more place to eat.

Clean and all condiments fully stocked. Prompt, professional, and friendly customer service. Our order came out quickly and was accurate and freshly made. The Reuben is delicious!! Also, the restroom was very clean and well stocked with toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. This restaurant clearly has a great team.

The jamocha shake is literally the best thing ever and the lady at the drive through is so nice. Perfect customer service

Ate late on a Sunday evening (February 20th, 2022) and the manager was "doing it all" - manning the register, preparing food, packaging takeouts, and delivering food to tables, all with a great attitude and prompt service. She and her crew deserved the bell-ring I gave at the end!

Food was good, although I must have forgotten to say "no lettuce". Thank you for being ready and able to take my order.

This is unacceptable I orders a chicken bacon Swiss meal and I get home and I had turkey on my sandwich. Yall need to have a talk with your employees thanks and this better not happen again. This was just pure laziness.

Ordered two roast beef and cheddar cheese, one regular small roast beef and one turkey sandwich, came out hot and fresh and clean. I like it bc they ask for your name and this way your order comes out right for you and don't get messed up getting someone else's food. The employees were very nice with kindness as well as a good team working together. I didn't have to wait but for a couple mins and our food was hot freshly cooked and NOT heated in NO microwave and all employees washed there hands and then put on gloves that way I knew immediately that all employees were very clean as to touching our food. Very happy with the cleanliness and customer service.

I love to eat at Arby’s, I started out eating at the one in Newberry. I didn’t mind driving 20 miles too eat at Arby’s, it was always good and worth the drive. Now there are 2 Arby’s close to me. One in Clinton and one in Laurens, I was so excited and I have eaten at both Arby’s a lot of times. I had to get dentures last year, so, I eat there more often because it’s one sandwich I can eat with no problems. They have great food.

Tried it for the first time yesterday. Really like the new layout, very nice. The staff is delightful and friendly. Got the Turkey ranch and bacon. Delicious! I'll be back.

I visit the Laurens restaurant about once a week . Katie is a very pleasant and always smiling and happy and being waited on inside or in drive thru is always great ! Katie always gets the order correct and very efficient!
