I am, very, pleased with this place so far. Lori was wonderful through the whole process of checking in. She handled multiple clients with efficiency. Plus, she made me feel important when it was my turn. My unit was clean. I have only had things here for a couple of weeks, but am happy so far with the experience.

Lori yes it’s very helpful. Patient and had no problems answering any questions I needed clean property well kept property if I must say so and easy assess that’s what I love the most recommend and I will recommend it to any of my family member and friends but most of all they don’t make people like Lori anymore and I’m greatly appreciate thanks God for Lori patience💫✊🏽 yes, Who is Lori the property manager there?💪🏾

Laurie was awesome! She made my storage finding process a breeze and got me in and out! Also she got me the best one for my belongings at a great rate

Anyone looking for a safe place to store your belongings this location will go above and beyond to make sure you get settled. I didn’t have a great experience with CubeSmart and needed to relocate this was closer to where I stay at. Mrs. Laurie was understanding that my unit would be empty until I get moved in, no pressure was applied for the two months it was left empty.

This is a safe haven for those in between moments that happens in life and I had a great experience with Mrs. Laurie.

I am so impressed with the manager at the Public Storage where I have been currently renting a unit for the past few months. She has gone above and beyond my storage needs . The manager at this location does her job extraordinarily well .

Since joining the military I can truthfully say without a doubt I have tried EVERY storage company on the east coast for the last 16 years and none of them compare to PUBLIC STORAGE. The units are always CLEAN anytime there was anything wrong or if something came up that was a concern to me, staff was attentive, caring and
PROFESSIONAL. This particular location is personally my #1 recommendation overall. Lori the lady who works everytime I've ever gone has been phenomenal She went above and beyond in everything she has done, from the paperwork all the way down to needing a light replacement inside the unit. That lady is a big face for this company and for that my business will always be to PUBLIC STORAGE. It's because of her actions that I'm leaving this review, her sincerity and professionalism didn't go unrecognized in my book.

I've used storage units quite frequently in my life and this storage on broad River road is the best yet. The manager, Lori I think, is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She explained everything about the unit and helped me choose the right size for what I needed. The grounds are also well kept. I have recommended a couple people who also have units there would recommend this place to anybody.
