Good service and fast

Had my vehicle over 3 months. Went to pick it up and there was still a problem. They say it is not something they worked on so basically my problem not theirs. I always had wonderful service with Kelly. I've been dealing with Trevor and he is a joke.

They are now working on the problem but I don't have a car and no longer have my rental. Fingers crossed that I actually get my car back tomorrow fixed as Trevor has said.
