Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We always enjoy going here. I really like the newer menu which has expanded considerably since I would go with my sister in the 80s. I have some form of ice cream every time I go.

Stopped in for a chocolate chip blizzard! DQ has always been my favorite ice cream shop stop in Shepherdsville, KY!
I looked up DQ on Google maps and noticed they didn't have their hours listed for open and closing on their about information. So I made sure to get a good photo of the hours while I was there! You're welcome 😁

Sharing as a disabled person's experience. The multiple entrances makes it easy to get in with my wheelchair. The staff while shorthanded was friendly and quick to help. I did have to wait little longer then usual, but the staff was upfront and checked in and let me know mine was next to come. I also like that the outside seating is handicap friendly. I didn't go into the restroom to know about it.

My favorite breakfast food is biscuits and gravy. Only I don't like the texture of sausage. I used to be a big fan of McDonald's biscuits and gravy, but someone turned me on to Dairy Queen's. It has an amazing flavor of sausage gravy, and the pieces of sausage in the gravy is super easy to pick out. Plus i get my gravy on the side so I can't dip. The biscuits are so soft and fluffy with the right amount of butter flavor. I can't complete my order unless I order 2 sausage patties for my boyfriend's dog.

A big group came late on a Tuesday night. They were kind, fast, and our food was accurate and delicious. Most of us ordered ice cream of some sort (blizzard, cone, etc) No complaints. Very well made and tasty.

Both hot and cold food fast. I have been eating there for over 40 years. I have never been disappointed. Their ice cream sundries are wonderful from their chocolate malts to their banana splits. Just right on a hot summer day

As always, DQ of Shepherdsville is quick, friendly and accurate on their in person and Drive-thru orders.

Delicious as always we even picked up a congratulations cake for my little girls preschool graduation the lovely ladies behind the counter were more than happy to write some stuff across the top for us.

Ice cream cones are the best for a hot day. Employees always seem to be glad to see you.

I have been to this location alot within the past 8 years. Most times have been through the drive through on my way to work. I have never had a problem with them, not one. The workers at this place are very professional, courteous, punctual with their service and very observant of the customers needs. I've never had to wait long at all, given that most the times I've been there were before 6am. A HUGE THANK YOU goes out to this place!! :)

This was a quick and clean Dairy Queen. I stopped for a quick break during a road trip and the restaurant itself was full. Despite how full it was, we got our food in a timely manner. I sat next to a TV, which was a nice opportunity to watch the local news too.

Fast services and nice people

My husband and I love to take our kids for a evening treat during the summer, some of my favorite memories with my family.
Their food never disappoints and my kids have never complained about their ice cream either. 5/5

There were four adults and three children in our car..of course everyone wanted something different, the young lady who took our order was great...very pleasant voice and so helpful..the young man who helped us was also great....they were very busy , but they were awesome, we were very pleased

This specific Dairy Queen has been one of my favorite fast foos restaurants I've been to in the area! Even through their busiest time its obvious they are really working hard towards the service and comfortability of the customer. They've always treated me like family even though Im just a regular. Most of the time its well kept and cleaned up and any question Ive ever had a member of manager was more than happy to assist me! I love this DQ and I havent seen a more friendlier staff in fast food in a while. Keep it up Shep DQ!

Edit: Forgot to mention I was on my way back to school from DECA SCDC 2020

Went here for my birthday last week and sat in the car and ate. They did mess one thing up but the food was hot and fresh and I was happy either way.

We originally went to the Outer Loop location and left because the employees there were too busy fussing about their boss to provide service. Came to Shepherdsville location and received excellent service! They went the extra mile to make up for our experience at Outer Loop!!

Food was hot and fresh. They always have an excellent breakfast. The staff were very nice. In and out in 20 minutes on a dine In visit

Awesome time, what a great place to have dessert and relax on the patio. With a friendly, fast paced staff to go along with the tasty food and ice cream desserts, this DQ always hits the spot. Highly recommend!!
