McDonald's

I've been coming to this McDonald's since I was a kid, and it's my favorite McDonald's anywhere. The food tastes significantly better than other McDonald's restaurants every time (the McCrispy is ACTUALLY crispy!), service is faster, and the staff are friendly. When you request a customization to your order, they take it seriously here. It's clear this location is excellently managed.

Great location and the staff is wonderful,dining room now OPEN, YAY 😊 stopped by this morning for my go to must have early snack, McDonald's under remodeling but the food is wonderful.picked up 2 sausage,egg and cheese Mcmuffin s,love this place.

Last time I went in there, they had a special going on Big mix -Fish -Chicken and I think nuggets as well, buy one and get one for a dollar

Not my favorite Mc Donald's , but they done great . McDonald's in Grayson ,KY is the best around here ,Congratulations to management, the 0lace worked like a well oiled machine. And they always are smiling. Very impressive.

I ordered a quarter pounder meal and a pie. I was told to wait in a parking spot and ended up waiting like 15-20min and was about to head in and let them know that I think my order might’ve been served off early, but I gave them like 5 more min and the manager came out and apologized, refunded my money, and handed me fresh food. She explained to me that someone was supposed to come out and tell me that they were waiting on fresh pies to finish, but they got busy with other stuff in the store. Nikki B. is an excellent manager and very amazing.

Was very impressed by the hard work and efforts of this understaffed restaurant during morning rush. They did outstanding and were even apologizing for the wait. Not necessary at all. I respect you for your hard work and motivation to succeed.

Always a good fast breakfast!

Always a nice, clean restaurant but most of all the employees here have always been so kind and helpful every single time I've been in...that alone speaks volumes. 💯

This location is very friendly, the dining area is always nice and clean. If you have children they always have coloring stuff for them to use which is very helpful when dealing with small children. Would recommend this location for anyone with kids.

This McDonalds is always on point! The team members are friendly and helpful and if they make a mistake they correct it when you call attention to it. They really strive to give the customer what they want with a friendly smile on their face. Very refreshing to see this type if service in this day and age!

Clean, fast service and nice employees. So far no problems with getting orders right. This is my favorite McDonald's in the area.

Place is amazing. the drive thru is long probably because the food is good. but they sometimes don’t give me sauce for my nuggets.

McDonald's is clean and the way it has been remodeled is great but only one thing , if they get super busy inside Lord help them they only have 2 registers to handle walk in customers

I love me some McDonalds. Okay so I go here a lot, mostly for there mocha frappes. Anyways they are super friendly and treat all of their customers like they are valuable and they show them respect too. They goes along ways. They keep a clean and tidy restaurant as well. Their prices could be lowered or they could offer more coupons and discounts but there than that it's okay. I don't have many complaints besides for the pies. Every other McDonald's I have gone to, they have always had the perfect pie crust, but for some reason this particular McDonald's pies are always semi burnt around the crust. I think they need to lower the heat or they should cook the pies for less time. Anyways that is about the only negative thing I can say bc this McDonalds really is great and they know how to treat their customers. Their customer service is exceptional.

1st time visiting this restaurant location. Fast and friendly service. Food was hot and we received it just as we ordered it. Will return here again.

I love mcdonalds, well when they get my order right. Sometimes I will get some employees that will mess up my entire order and forget some of the things that I had ordered. Then I end up having to go back and have them correct it.

Love my Suzanna in the morning. Always right through the drive thru, and on our way with our correct order every morning.
