Shout out to Chris! Went beyond what I had expected to find what I was looking for. He spent what had to be at least a couple hours online locating a certain piece and made it happen. Would have been easy to just say I was out of luck. Absolutely earned my business, and I'll be tracking him down when I need anything else. Also all the furniture came in flawless. Couldn't beat the price either. Easy 5 stars.

Justin made my visit today so easy and quick. I hate shopping when salepersons don't know the answers to your questions or are pushy. That was definitely not the case today. I would recommend this store 100%!!! The young lady in financing was awesome as well. She had a great personality and was quick and friendly. She was cooking for 30 people at Thanksgiving so she sure gets my vote. Thank you guys sooo much for the wonderful experience today

Chris was wonderful. He listened to my mom’s wants and needs purchasing a recliner. He was so helpful she bought two instead of one. He showed her the first one on the left and I had her look at the one on the right so she decided both would fit what she wanted. Thank you so much Chris for your kindness. Also, the ladies at the desk were friendly and very helpful.

Great service! Worked hard to accommodate to my schedule for delivery. Price was a great deal with set-up and warranty. Definitely will recommend. Very easy and quick for approval.

The sales personnel were well informed on the products, courteous, and very professional. The office staff were more than helpful in setting up our purchase and promotions well.within our budget and understood our concerns with regards to our payment concerns. They even assisted me in filling out our chance to win on the Facebook contest as I am an elderly man with limited computer skills. Their help was greatly appreciated and they were so friendly too. Will I come back...yes. now let's just see how the delivery guys will be. I bought a Tempurpedic bed there a couple of years ago and the delivery/ setup guy was not very friendly or personable at all.

We came in today looking for a specific brand and model and Chris was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory and process of special orders. His personality was so friendly and inviting. He made us feel like we mattered. He explained everything in detail throughout the entire buying process. We will definitely be return customers because of him.

Jakob spent a lot of time messaging me about the table I wanted. He had the paperwork ready for me before I went in to fill out the paperwork. I’d already gone in and seen it and decided that was what I wanted the next day. All the details were worked out before I went to purchase it so I didn’t have to spend much time in the store. I am a single mom. My time is very limited so it really helped not having to spend much time there. He answered all of my questions. I had a lot because I wanted to be very clear of what I was getting into with making an expensive purchase. He was great and the other workers were super friendly too.

Jacob was incredibly helpful when we visited the first time and it made us come back to buy our furniture from him. Eased the entire process and helped us with any questions we had. Highly recommended.

Came in thinking I knew what I wanted but not being sure. Cole answered my questions, gave practical advice and mentioned something I forgot was important to me in any wash machine which immediately made up my mind, within 10 minutes we were done purchasing, had the machine loaded and tied down and were on our way! Very easy.

I had an amazing experience at the Rt 60 Big Sandy. I was approached by Chris, not pushy, but kind and pleasant. He led me through the process of making an informed decision. Just bought a purple pillow off Regina. She could sell ice to an Eskimo. Haha but in all seriousness was a great experience, can't remember the girl that did our paper work n check us out but she was great too
