Blue Baker

I was in College Station for work. My hotel was near Blue Baker, and I ate there a couple of times. My favorite dish is the lobster bisque bread bowl. Very yummy!

This place has a beautiful scene. They have there a lot of tasty artisan baked foods. They serve varieties of salads, soups, sandwiches, pizza, dessert, and drink options. The pesto pizza is ny favorite.
The location is convenient and has spacious dining room as well as outside seats by the water fountain. That is an amazing scene.
Their prices are below fair and affordable for the College students. Their foods are amazing.

The staff are always super nice! Food is always delicious! The building is always clean! They have indoor and outdoor seating. Every time we're in town we always make sure to stop by and get some food. They have a kids menu and they're not too expensive. Great place to bring family and friends! I highly recommend coming here.

You can't go wrong with blue baker. You can study, snack, have a meeting. The food is delicious, the coffee is yummy and doesn't break the bank.
But THIS review is to shout out to Dana and her closing crew who left me the sweetest note on my soup and tea when we squeezed in right before close for a snack to take to the hospital because I was in labor. (Look. Mama was hungry.)
It's the going above and beyond to do something sweet that you just don't see any more -

I had the Baja Club and a Mederteranian salad. Both were delicious and I would get them again. They have a wide range of salads, sandwiches, soups and bowls. You can also get pizza. They have different seasonal specials like a brat on a pretzel bun. Sodas, tea, coffee and ice coffee are on the drink menu with other bottles options. For the sweet tooth there are a variety of baked goods. You choice of an eclectic array of outdoor and indoor seating.

My dad is in the hospital in College Station. The young man who took our order noticed I was stressed out. He was super patient and kind. When we got home we found two free cookies and this amazing note. The food was also delicious. Thank you so much!!!

I had the soup and sandwich combo. Their soups are excellent! I come here when I'm in town. Hot soup for lunch is awesome on a cold day. Their sourdough bread is perfect!

I am from Hawaii and looking for somewhere to have lunch. Blue Baker looked good so we went there. Wow!!! Loved our sandwiches and the lobster bisque is the bomb!!! I even went back the next day so I could have the soup again. I had it with a half albacore sandwich.

To start the staff were friendly. Casey was taking my order and was great with any questions I had and helped me decide on a pizza. It was a street taco pizza and was so good it left me wanting more. Will definitely be back.

I love Blue Baker for quick sandwich lunch meeting. I had a Club Bleu on wheat bread today. The sandwich was excellent.

While they were busy with lunch patrons, the place did not seem crowded. I sat at a table in the open space and was able to have a normal voice level conversation.

I went here during a business trip, and it was so delicious that I had to go back! They have yummy sandwiches and salads, as well as delicious smoothies! The wait time was fairly short, and they give you a buzzer to take to your table so you don't have to stand in line waiting for your food. Friendly staff, and excellent service!

Such a great place to visit! The food is excellent and the atmosphere is fun. I had the BBQ chicken sliders which is the summer special and so good.

DOMINIK LOCATION IS OVER THE TOP BEST IN SERVICE, QUALITY ATMOSPHERE AND FOOD! I have frequented all locations. DOMINIK location rules!! They put the most LOVE in everything they do! You can see it the the quality of how the food is prepared, served and smiles from all their employees.

Bagels are one of my favorites. The chicken pecan salad is so fresh and flavorful and the Pizza is so decadent. All the sweet breads are great, and my favorite is pumpkin and zucchini. Sweet breads are so moist and delicious every single time!! You can’t make a mistake and oh, the Club Blue is phenomenal!

They are so gracious and appreciative of my visit to this location and it shows 110% every single time! I will continue to drive to Dominik location for all my Blue Baker love! Thank you to all for always giving me the best high quality everything! Love ya’ll!

Everything was amazing and delicious, as always. But for the 3rd time in a row, they were missing the bread that the Turchino sandwich. Still good on the other bread, but a bummer nonetheless

Blue Baker is a classic College Station Sandwich Shop, Bakery, and Pizzeria. The atmosphere is open and positive—a great place for a work meeting, a catch-up with an old friend, or a place to take your kids and family. I have a soft spot in my heart for Blue Baker, it has been the site of many relationship blossoms over the years. Great food, great baked goods. They are keeping up with healthy trends too! Proud of Blue Baker!

Everyone's plate was good, out of four of us, two being picky eaters, no complaints. I appreciate the simplicity of the pizza, no over seasoned sauce or dough, just straightforward good crust, crushed tomatoes and mozzarella.

I have been a fan of Blue Baker for years now and have been craving it ever since the Austin location closed. Good to stop in one of the College Station locations- the big one off University. I got the green chile and potato soups combined in a bread bowl. So good with a hint of spice. Blue Baker is a great place to study and snack on some baked goods while here. Thanks Blue Baker!!

Potato soup was thick and satisfying with hints of bacon and cheese. Red, white and blue salad had good ratio of super fresh fruits, chicken and spinach with an unusual but tasty "cider vinegar" (yes, sounded off-putting) dressing. Sugared pecans were liberally sprinkled throughout. Tea is perfectly brewed (ask for 1/2 & 1/2 +lemon)
Only negative was an overwhelming sweet version of an otherwise healthy, satisfying salad and it was pricey at $30 for lunch..

I've been coming to this blue baker since my undergrad years, and still come when I visit cstat. One of my favorite places. Great service, great food.
