Staff, namely Nick in shipping and receiving is extremely rude. He has the personality of a wild boar. If the management knows about this and keeps him employed, they’re all the problem. Will never deliver/pickup a load here again.

They are deceitful or agreeing to load 25 thousand pounds When the loading is finished I discovered that the total weight of the load is 44,000 pounds and I did not get any extra amount or any compensation.
