I usually add Stabil and run my nonethanol gas out, at the end of the season. Last year I added Stabil, but didn’t run the gas out of my 40 year old Bolens. Other shops have told me its too old to work on, but NA took it in, repaired the carb, and changed the oil, the same day.
I was very happy with their service, and will shop there in the future .

I've had my equipment serviced several times in the past without any problems. The service has been exceptional and the staff are easy to talk to, they are always willing to go the extra mile to please the customer and pocket book.
Doug is always there to help, he always answers the phone and will get back to you as a follow up for any problems that needs to be addressed.
Good place to go to buy or service and the prices are reasonable.

Absolutely recommend this place for all your chainsaw and power equipment needs, whether its repairing your old equipment or buying new. I just purchased a Husqvarna 395XP and the guys in the shop have this saw set up right. It rips through hard maple like a grizzly bear! Go check them out in Wisconsin Rapids.

Service is awesome. I buy all my saw chain and parts from these guys. If your looking for a chainsaw that performs, by a Husqvarna from North American.

Came time for my snowblower to be tuned up and I went to North American to do the job. Although it was off season, for snowblowers, I found the staff friendly and willing to accept a new customer. When I picked it up and paid the bill their prices seemed to be fair and I am now back to starting my snowblower with one pull. I'll be back when I need service again.

I have used several small engine repair places in the past but am most impressed with these people. VERY fast service and very friendly. Other places have taken weeks to get things done. Not North American, they jumped on my Tiller repair issue and I had it back the next day.

They made a chain for my saw 5min before closing time and thanked my for stopping, We need more places like this.

I bought two Husqvarna chainsaws from them and with in 24 hours neither saw was working properly, I had to take them back to north American power sports. To have them checked over, got them back was told they were fixed and nothing is wrong with the chainsaws. Tried to use the chainsaws and both chainsaws still don't work properly. So if you want quality service and equipment I would not ever do any kind of business with north American power sports.i would only give them a quarter star review but it won't let me do that so I rate them as a zero star I will never do any more business with the crooked place . I feel that they are just taking advantage of hard working people and don't care if they rip people off on their chainsaws

My cousin in law and I bought two Husqvarna chainsaws from these clowns. They told us there was nothing wrong with either saw that they were in perfect working oder. With in 24 hours his would not stay running. Mine the thrtrle linkage fell apart we took them back and told them what happened and we wanted it made right. He gave us attitude about it worked on them and then called us back 3 hours later and said that they were fixed. They gave us attitude when we picked them up. The saws ran worse when we picked them up then when we dropped them off. Mind you I'm disabled. So if you want quality equipment and you don't like disabled ppl being taken advantage of then I suggest you not shop at this dealer. They say that they stand behind their equipment and they treat ppl like trash. For this I not only give them 0 Stars I give them a -10stars.

I rate these idiots a BIG FAT ZEROOOOOOO, They know a sucker when they see one, and CON people into buying junk that don't work at all.
It's pretty bad when people like this can think that they can just rip off anyone and everyone especially those who are disability! Now how ironic is that, that is called bad business with a major attitude and rudeness towards their customers and most businesses will give you warranty on their products new or used, but not these idiots, and they don't even give you receipts or don't give your money back at all, people like this don't deserve to own or run a business, because of the simple fact is that this is a sure way of losing business and everything else.

They charged me $224 to change a carburator on a chainsaw that cost $300 brand new. $76 an hour to work on small engines. Never again, the place is a ripoff.

The carburetor is only $25, you charged $70

Really poor costomer service treated like a child dont trust them they will charge you when you shouldent be charged and they lie about what they are doing the mechanic has no maners and yells and berated you. Never go there its a grave mitake and I don't want you knowing my name bacuse I will dispise you for eternity I'm leaving this review so the next person doesn't make the same mistake I did trusting you and your comment is just a excuse for you to not take account of your despicable actions try being not a chicken next time you cuck

Very poor customer service yelled at won't listen to problem then left key on drained battery was not going to pick up after hours because of the confrontation so had a friend go get it before they closed when he got there key was on battery dead they had to jump it for my friend to load it
