The Junkyard Bar & Grill

Tried the sticky garlic wings, mild Buffalo, BBQ and the garlic parm wings - sooo good! Better than BWW! Got the app platter as well, tasty treats all around!!!

Came back for fish!!!! So amazing! Baked haddock, blue gill, and breaded haddock.

The Walleye is not overcooked and very tender. If you get there at 11:30am, then there is no waiting on a Friday. Highly recommend!

Lovvvveee when I find a cool new place. Unique interior, with super clean bar and restaurant area. Service is equally as great as the food. Everyone is wearing a smile. Bathrooms are so clean. This place is doing everything right!!

Jackie was phenomenal and was super friendly and helpful!!! Would definitely love to come back sometime. Food and drinks were delicious. Such a hard worker you have on your hands 👏 👍

First time there will not be the last awesome place, friendly service very clean and the food was fantastic. It's tucked off the road so look for the sign. Will be going back. Oh the burgers are fresh not frozen. And they have homemade fries!

We stopped in while out and about. We don't live near and always like to try the local fare with a nice cold beer. The bartender and locals were very entertaining! The homemade chips were fantastic with my burger. We have recommended The Junkyard to several people already. 🍻 😃

The Junkyard is the absolute best! The food, drinks and music are amazing! Every time we visit from New York, they are our first stop for the awesome Friday, fish fry! Ron is super friendly, the place is very clean and we just love the atmosphere! Don't forget to try the Junkyard juice because it is so good! Highly recommend!!!!!

The best fish I have ever had. Fresh, flakey, and done to perfection. The atmosphere is exciting and friendly. A must place to go to for a fish fry.

Great experience, stopped in early dinner with my wife, we had burgers and fries and a couple of drinks, loved the pool table and darts.

First time trying the grilled salmon with maple bourbon sauce. It was absolutely delicious and highly recommend. Service was great as usual.

1st time there on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. My new favorite spot!
Bartender was Amazing. She, and other customers made sure to let us know what they liked and the off-menu specials they offered.
Their Crabby Mac n Cheese was the BOMB! Hubby loved his half-pound cajun burger, and I enjoyed the patty melt as well. Bloody Mary was tasty, a little thick, but adding beer from the chaser helped.
Can't wait to go try the wings and fish fry! Keep up the good work!

Went there on a Friday with my girlfriend to have a drink at the bar while waiting for a couple other friends, to then get dinner. Bartender was super friendly and transferred our drinks to a high top table when it opened up. We ordered our food and waited and waited until we realized other people that ordered after us were getting there food. I went to check with the server and they acknowledged there was a mistake and immediately rectified it and brought our food out within 5 minutes. No big deal to us but we appreciate the promptness and apology. The owner then came over and apologized, took 20% off our tab and gave us 4 drink chips. Was totally unnecessary on a very busy Friday night but it's a testament to his leadership and desire to serve customers in every aspect. Food was amazing, oh and by the way, it was my first time in there. Definitely going to be a staple restaurant for me.

Me and my wife were at the Junkyard Friday night our first time was recommended by several friends. we came in around 6 wow what a busy place hardly could find a parking spot! told my wife must be good if its this busy and boy was i right. i ordered the Crabby Captain lobster dish and my wife had perch huge serving and the house specialty Red Rock Soup was to die for and cant say enough everything was perfect and huge portions! we have traveled all over and ate at every bar/restaurant in the Wisconsin Rapids and surrounding area and this place is by far the best we ever had I don't normally do reviews as everyone has an opinion but wow!!! I will tell everyone i know this is the best food and atmosphere around....got to meet the owner Captain Ron and what a cool guy talked to us for a bit thanked us for just being there and gave us the upcoming band list told us to hang out and listened to his acoustic friend playing tonight Ira what an amazing night. You normally don't see the owners or they are drinking at the bar not this guy he was talking to every table and you can tell he truly loves his customers and its nice to feel appreciated! so we decided to come back Saturday night for Burgers I had the Junkyard Burger my wife had the Smoked Brisket special again knocked it outta the park both were absolutely amazing we decided to stay after Captain Ron and his Wife told us to stay for his friend playing tonight so we did haven't had that much fun in years what an amazing band Jessie Campbell surely is a county star incredible artist talked to him got some pictures and autograph. we cant wait to go back this weekend as i told my wife no where else in our are has such great food and amazing atmosphere felt like we were at Tootsies in Nashville! keep up the Amazing Job Captain & Staff.
