The food was surprisingly excellent and tasty. The restaurant was really clean. This was my first time and I definitely will ho back many many times. I gave 4 starts for service because, it was not up to my standard of good hospitality and smile.

I had the traditional breakfast and a mimosa. The food was delicious and fresh. The bacon was really good. Cute atmosphere with inside and covered outside options. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable and had a good variety of menu items. Definitely will come back!

We enjoyed "Everything" about the 401. Upon entering, the ambiance was very calming and relaxing. The lights were dim, but still bright enough to function. Our waiter was very pleasant and courteous. When we arrived, it was still happy hour, so we enjoyed a few food and drink options before our main meal. All of the food and drinks throughout the evening were exceptional. The manager stopped by to check on us and we had a very enjoyable exchange of words. Between the pleasant staff, nice ambiance, and food & drinks, it was an amazing experience. Looking forward to our next visit.

WOWIE!!! This is quite the hidden gem!!! This family owned restaurant opened in 2018, wanting to bring a restaurant for all to feel welcomed (like the feel of the Cheers bar - where everyone knows your name). I had driven by it several times, thinking it was primarily a bar.... no, no, no, it is sooooo much more than that. The food has perfectly balanced spices that highlight the flavor of the food, rather than smothering it. Service was top notch, food is top notch... a menu that even the most discerning diner will find appealing.... there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating (thank goodness the weather is cooling)!!! There are specials everyday (food and drinks), a kid's menu and a plethora of international scrumptiousness.... the price is excellent for the quality and quantity... super excited to come back and try all of the offerings!!! Well done!!!

This is my first time here. I enjoyed the mango salad a lot. It's so fresh and the mango is a little bit chewy, sour and sweet. I shouldn't add salmon, the salad itself is just perfect anything else would be too much.

Just finished a 1st date here and created a great memory. Stunning restaurant with a quaint patio, where we sat. I wish I got our servers name but it was a young guy that wasn’t overly pushy and very attentive. He offered great drink recommendations and we have already determined we will be back!

Great place and the food is definitely very delicious. Their goat cheese appetizer is a must have and I loved their beef tenderloin sandwich. Overall I had a great time and will definitely make it back soon.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, who made me feel right at home. The ambiance of the restaurant is inviting, with a perfect blend of modern decor and traditional Mediterranean elements that create a cozy and relaxed atmosphere.

The menu offers a wide variety of Mediterranean dishes, each sounding more delicious than the last. I decided to try the falafel wrap, accompanied by a fresh Greek salad and a side of hummus. The food arrived promptly, and I was immediately impressed by the presentation. The colors and aromas were tantalizing, and I could tell that a lot of care had gone into the preparation.

The falafel wrap was absolutely delightful – crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, with a perfect balance of spices. The Gyro pita with the Greek salad was fresh and crisp, with juicy tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers, and a generous amount of feta cheese. The hummus was creamy and smooth, with just the right amount of garlic and lemon. Each bite was a burst of Mediterranean goodness.

We drive an hour to eat at this gem. The menu has a large variety from Greek food to pizza. The food makes my mouth water to think about it , it's delicious. They have a large drink menu as well. A perfect spot to meet your girls for brunch or a nice place for a work meeting. The atmosphere is trendy and relaxed. The service is impeccable .

If you are an old fashioned type of person, while getting some yumm sides, this is your spot for happy hour, or a quick stop after work with friends!

I have lunch here all by myself every Monday and love it. When I feel sad about the start of the week on Sunday night, I remember that I get to go to my favorite lunch spot on Monday. I always ask to sit in Dolores's section because she never messes up orders and she is pleasant and friendly and knows exactly what I want to order. I don't even have to order anymore. I love this place. Whenever it is my turn to choose a place for date night, I always choose the 401. My husband does not like eating at the same place all the time, but he is okay with it here because their menu is big enough that he can get something different every time. I like the same thing every time. I love their gluten free shrimp and mango pizza and Elouan wine.

Had a wonderful experience. Waitstaff was prompt and very attentive. Restaurant was clean and the ambience was fantastic.

The food was perfect as was the bloody Mary I got. Would highly recommend eating here.

I absolutely love this place. It's a hidden gem in Bellaire. They have happy hour during the week and brunch on weekends ONLY. The food and service are impeccable!!! Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

We had an event here and it was superb. The restaurant is first class and the food along with friendly staff are excellent.
Our event was held in their private hall and they provided everything we needed to make the night a success. So if you want to dine or have a celebration you need to check this place out. You won't regret it I promise.

I'm truly excited to have discovered this place which really was a random decision from a google search for brunch places. Following an amazing first experience, my future visits will definitely be intentional. On arrival, we were greeted with a smile and seated in the outdoor patio which was our preference since the weather was clement. The patio turned out to be refreshingly cool and breezy. Our server was courteous, and made us feel welcomed. I ordered the gyros plate which was deliciously flavorful. The well seasoned fries and warm pita were excellent sides to the meal. My date got the chicken 401 which was grilled chicken strips in a creamy sauce served over rice. That was really tasty too. Since our entrees had been perfect, we decided to get dessert as well. The croissant bread pudding and icecream was yummy! I will certainly be back.

We live nearby but it was our first visit. We had a lunch here with friends on Sunday. Salmon salad was great, so was chicken tortilla soup. There is a room for kids to play, which was convenient, service was good.
