Their returns and exchanges people couldn't help me that day but wanted to say that Department is one of the best of ALL walmarts I've been too!

For being premade and packaged these are the Best cupcakes you’ll ever eat. Great Value hit a homer with these puppies!

A lot of great options in this little shopping center...the Walmart is clean and organized with friendly employees as far as I have known.
Also the Mexican restaurant in this center is pretty danged good. El Cazador I think?

We park our big truck here every week. We shop here every week. We are from Phoenix, but the staff here in Kentucky goes way beyond the call of duty to be courteous and helpful. We love this Walmart!

I need to say that Walmart employees in Russellville have made some changes. I'm not sure if it's a new manager or the employees just decided to be world-class employees on their own I have to say the difference between now and 5 months ago Is astonishing. I'm a frequent shopper at Walmart and I can say without any doubt every time I have been in that store in the last 60 days I have not only been approached by employees when I look like I'm lost and I'm asked if there's anything they can help me with. All the way to the lady in the customer service Area. Spectacular customer service. No other way to say that. I haven't had to look very long when I need an Associate They're always seems to be one in every department. Too often we're told about the bad things when they occur and we never hear about the good Comments. Nice job people thank you have a great day!

Shelves had all the products I needed! .. Staff was courteous and respectful! Enjoyed shopping there!

Used the Pick up feature. They always have music outside to kill the noise of any traffic, etc. Its nice to listen to to kill the time waiting. Parking lot is very clean, no shopping cart clutter. Basically it doesn't look ghetto.

Wait time for my items to be brought to me was a bit longer then usual but typically once I get there my items are in my trunk within 10 minutes. Staff is always nice and well groomed.

$150 26 inch bike for $50!!!!! Must have a good mark up!

Very well organized. Everyone was Very Friendly!!!! Prices within reach. Atmosphere was Great. Everyone seemed as if they liked being there, instead, that it was just a job. Clean. HOWEVER, I did not go n2 the Restrooms. Thanks!

Derby in sporting goods was very helpful! He was so professional that when he /heard/ the key machine not sound quite right while cutting a key for me, he checked it & found an imperfection so he made another to make sure I wouldn't have trouble. Thank you Derby!

We went into Walmart to check out their selection of flowers for the flower pot and flower bed , and I was amazed at the great selection they had.
