Came in 1:45 hr/mm early and received a dock assignment immediately. Was unloaded in 2.25 hrs. Check in with security for overnight parking if necessary.

Great location ... you're gonna drive through the boonies to get here though .. but they are fast to getting you in a door, an hour or 2 to get unloaded .. but the best part--- they allow parking!! Before your appt OR AFTER you can take your break in a large area for truck parking ... maybe 25 trucks or more.

That's good, because you'll drive about an hour to POSSIBLY find parking.

OK, my appointment was for 2pm and I arrived at 12:30 pm, I was checked in quickly and put into a dock, I brought my paperwork to the window and while talking with these great people I mentioned that it is my wife's birthday, a young man stood up and asked what door I was in and he would get me out very fast, I was empty in 25 minutes.
Love this place.

I was amazed by her dedication to service. Am one the lucky drivers that chooses where to go or not .aDollar general is a place I love to go because of the good people outhere. These are correct, humaine and very respectful to drivers.
Attitude is everything. And these guys have a good one.

Checked in 2h before my appt got dock 30 after my appointment empty in 1h. Overnight

Friendly and Fast. Arrived 1 hr before appointment. Taken right in, put on a dock. 🥰

Directions into the facility:From 65 take Exit 20, for KY 9007. This will take you to US 231. Go south on 231, and follow signs to Scottsville. @ the T intersection (231/31E) turn Left on to Route 31E North. Go 2 miles. Go through the traffic light, the next intersection is Maxwell. Turn right. Continue straight over the hill. At the bottom of the hill, at the stop sign turn right. Follow the signs, they are brown to get to the warehouse. Go to the top of the hill to check in with the guards. You will need your delivery confirmation number to make check in easier. The guards will tell you where to go next.

For you that followed your gps, complain to your manufacturer. There is a sign telling trucks to Scottsville, to take exit 20 from I 65 S. That ky100/101 routes are not advised for trucks. I had to bypass 3 exits that my gps tried to get me to take. I saw that KY9007, was big road compared to the others, so I ignored the gps, 😉 so much for a trucking gps 🙄🫨

They do have overnight parking and there is a lumper fee. Real nice people

Space are very small to back into dock doors.
Unloaded time is base on how full your trailer is.

Nice ppl at the guard shack. Almost 3 hrs after my 8pm apt I received a dock. 2 hrs unloading n waiting on paperwork. Facilities for drivers n best part they have an ice machine that was a plus in my book.

Best of the best people are very kind and friendly they have a big parking area for overnight parking they have a small drivers lounge bathroom table TV vending machine Ice maker machine no shower so don't get to comfortable oh and just FYI do not get here earlier than your appointment cause you not going to get lucky you will wait believe me they will make you wait very very strictly with appointment time be safe 😊

If you have real appointment, not too bad. Don’t follow truck GPS, check by Google map. Follow to little Dollar General yellow sign shows where to turn after the lights on the main road. Overnight parking is very tight and yard trucks won’t give you good sleep. Better, to sleep closest Marathon truck stop.

Great atmosphere to work in. 2nd shift is awesome.

As far as direction. Turn on Maxwell Dr go to end, Dollar General Black sign will guide you to turn right then At stop sigh follow direction to guard house and staging area.
Appointment @1800 was out @ 1955. Over night is allowed and they have a driver lounge. Thank you Dollar General.

Delivery, in and out for 2h not bad.I had app at 6.00am get unloaded at 8.00am,they have overnight parking, restrooms, launch room, vending machines and the security are really nice people. Soo truckers don't be afraid to come here, just don't be leat!

Overnight parking, arrived at 1:15 for 9am appointment. In dock at 6am gone by 715.

As the reviews state run 65 to exit 20a take that to 231 then to 31 then right onto maxwell and open eyes signs all the way at every intersection to get u to the guard shack making it very easy also my appt was at 7 am checked in at 6:33am was checked in put in a dock unloaded papers signed and on my way at 8:00am BEEN TO QUIET A FEW DOLLAR GENERAL DC AND THIS ONE BY FAR HAS BEEN THE BEST EXPERIENCE FRIENDLY WOMEN IN GUARD SHACK AND RECEIVING OFFICE WAY TO GO DOLLAR GENERAL!!!

Always great experience. Can park overnight before during after your del. Bad part vending machines work half the time. You can drop your trlr for 2 hours at a time to go get something to eat or whatever.

Make sure you take the truck route in. Turn left at the gate and go behind the warehouse to the guard shack/trailer yard. Guard was nice. Overnight parking is allowed before a delivery. No truck stops or parking nearby. Don't use 100 or 101!
