Took my grandparents' sofa in to be reupholstered after years of neglect and abuse. The sofa had been custom made in the 1950's with beautiful carved panels and has much sentimental value. Alief Upholstery did a great job restoring the wood and installing new cushions and upholstery making it look and feel even better than I remember from my childhood. I am very pleased!

Awesome people they reupholster furniture

Decent job on my sofas but it was pricey. I came back for a quote on another item and she really jacked the price up. Not really concerned with keeping my business so I will go elsewhere.

They no showed on two apointments. No call or explanation the first time. Booked them again, they called when they were supposed to be here and asked for a four hour extnesion to which we granted. Again, no one showed up or answered their phones.

Unprofessional. Cancelled on me twice, first time 15 minutes after the appointment. Second time came late with a small truck and unequipped despite knowing the size of the furniture and receiving two reminder calls from me. The young man who came to the house said my dad doesn't want to transport this and my mom said this is too big to go through our shop's door. It is absolutely fine to run a small family business and on Google pretend it to be a well established company but it is NOT fine to mistreat customers like this and waste their time as if no harm done. I find it irresponsible and recommend against this business.

the worst place to take your vehicle. I took my lexus for a driver's seat and while taking the seat they broke my electrical box for the seat that goes forward, backward, etc. And now they say it was like that when i bought it in. They do not want fix that and not only that they took the money and not even want to give a receipt for that.
