Demarcus and Milton were extremely helpful! I really have never been shopping before for a mattress and had no clue what I was doing and they had patience and care and helped me out without rushing me or really forcing a decision. To anyone going to the store I promise high quality service and kindness beyond measure.

Very knowledgeable salesman who was able to answer all my questions and provide me with the bedding options I wanted. Delivery was setup for the next day, which was perfect to allow me to prepare for removal of old bed when delivery men brought the new one. Haul-away of the old bed was also a huge benefit.

Wanted a mattress, went to Mattress Firm, Devlon let me lay on some mattresses and hang out, and I bought a Serta iSeries California king after about 25 minutes.

He was awesome and chill and it was the least stressful 2500 I’ve ever spent. Also I thought Mattress Firm would be more expensive than internet vendors but they were easily the cheapest, and next day free-delivery was a no brainer.

SPECIAL THANK YOU TO MILTON AND DEVLON!! They listened to my sad story of putting together two box springs and they were TOO small for my mattress. I was lucky and Mattress Firm had a box spring in store. Both gentlemen loaded up my vehicle with the box. They assured me it would be the correct size.
