As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I couldn't have wished for a better realtor to work with than Alex Eureste. Alex walked us through each step in detail - he explained how to read a comparables report (and why some were more useful than others), followed-up promptly on our questions about individual properties we had seen, guided us to making a competitive offer (when we knew there were already two other offers on the table), explained what to expect at an inspection, and finally walked us through the closing procedure. While that all exemplifies how Alex is clearly good at what he does, it says nothing about how much fun he made going through the whole process. When we started the home search process I was sure I would feel anxiety come closing day, but working with Alex instilled confidence in me that we had found the right home for us.
