Hancock Tire Center

I live in Liberty and ended up here today by chance. Several places in between were closed. I was greeted super nicely and made felt very welcomed. They took my car back and changed the oil and I didn't have to wait very long at all. They were very nice the whole time and the price was very reasonable, especially how prices are today. I've always said I would drive farther for good customer service so I'll definitely be bringing my business back to here!

With flat tire...sweet man she said very kind...thank you very much a lot of ppl in Russell springs were very rude and he was so kind .... Currently here right now. I’m out of town, (from Warren county) and have been needing and oil change. But unfortunately you know how life goes. Gets busy and so on.

The best place by far to have your rubber put on. Not the best place to buy rubber, but don't misteak. They know how to make you happy. I'm hard to please and I am also looking for the best deal. Hancock knows how to make you squeal with joy. They carry a limited inventory. If you want a certain medium where the rubber meets the road, the folks at Hancock can make it happen. You barely have enough time to get comfortable in a super luxury sitting chair out in the lobby before your ride is rubbered and ready to go. Im reviewing after a 30 year relationship. If you are needing a quality tire store, look no more. Update: 12/05/23 still the best tire store on the face of the planet!

I like to call to give them a heads up on when I’m coming in and when I get there they are always so nice and try to get me in and out so I don’t have to wait long time periods. They have great prices and work with you! I will always go to this place if I have any problems with my tires.

The staff is super friendly and they always take care of my car and tires in a pinch!

Very friendly and very fast service

My car was wearing one front tire, they could of ripped me off and told me it was anything but instead they checked and said all I needed was a front end alignment, which they couldn't do and they didn't even charge me to check it out. So I bought two tires from them for being so nice

I recommend these guys to anyone! They have always treated me like family & they are so helpful. They are always there in a pinch anytime I need them. I worknout of town but I will always drive home to come here!! Great job guys

Super friendly people and fast service. I’m an out in 10-15 minutes. Tire blew out on the way to visit our Kentucky relatives for Thanksgiving. If it were safe and practical, I would save all my tire needs for holiday trips down here.

I had a bad tire on my 16’ box truck. Stopped in and they had me fixed up and back on the road in no time. I have since but new tires on my wife’s van and new tires on my pickup truck. My son has also had them put new tires on his pickup. They are very friendly and helpful. They don’t try to up sell you on stuff you don’t need which is not very common these days. The owner is very polite and doesn’t talk down to you for not knowing something. I will definitely be back for more tires. Great place. You won’t regret coming here.

My husband and I were traveling to Somerset KY for work and had a tire emergency on the way. We called Hancock Tire Center from the road and they were polite and helpful. They got our Rav4 into the shop to change all 4 tires in under 40 minutes!

I'm new to the area and Hancock Tire's and Service have been great and very reasonably priced. Service is done well and fast! No jack up on price or shoddy work.

We came in in a hurry, we had hit something in the road and our tire was slashed, we had put on the spare donut and limped into Hancock Tire Center. I was in a big hurry, because I had a meeting to attend and we were still an hour and a half away. They got us in and out within 20 minutes. I can't say enough good about this company. I highly recommend anyone to use them
