I was very happy to find the car we were looking for at Mighty Auto. The owner gave us a great deal on our trade in and the process went very smooth. Dave and Brad did a great job of taking care of everything for us and made us feel very welcome. They even stayed late so we didn’t have to come back another day. It was a great experience all the way around, and we were able to drive home in our 2017 Ford Edge SEL that evening. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used car to give Mighty Auto a chance. Thanks guys.

Mighty Auto provided a great car buying experience. Working with Cody on the sales side of things was smooth. I felt like an appreciated customer and Cody did everything in his power to make sure I had a good experience. That includes test driving extra cars and even doing a ride along to make sure features in my car worked properly. I can’t praise Cody enough.

On the finance side, Brad was also a pleasure to work with. He let me take my time to understand many aspects of the finance process and helped me through my first time financing. The highlight with my experience working with Brad was his handling of the extended warranty service. I truly felt like Brad was not pushing it on me or attempting to increase his sale. It felt like he was just providing different offers that are best for me, not selling me something.

My family has purchased previous cars from Mighty and I will surely recommend them in the future.

I purchased a vehicle in June of 2020. We had an excellent experience! The salesperson was no pressure. The service was exceptional. Every last person I dealt with was patient and polite! The car runs fabulous! I waited until now (November 2020) just too see how things went with the vehicle. No problems period! I did have one question during this time period. I called and Mighty Auto responded with exceptional service! Looks like we will be purchasing all our vehicles here! They have gained our trust and patronage!

Mighty Auto was such an unexpected find and positive experience for me! They worked with my budget and even helped me find exactly what I was looking for while keeping me under budget after taxes! The workers there are very friendly and the atmosphere there is very positive. They were very honest and upfront with me and I could tell they were trying to get me the best deal possible to help me and not take advantage of my pocketbook. I HIGHLY recommend them! I’ve never had such a good experience with a dealership before them. Will definitely return if I need a car in the future!

The best car buying experience I've had. Friendliest people, quick with getting back to me. Worked with me getting financed at a better rate than I expected due to my credit not being very good. 5 star experience!! I never expected car shopping to be so relaxed and stress free. Dave treated me like royalty. Had several cars warmed up on a below zero day, and ready for me to test drive. His knowledge of every vehicle was superior and his professional demeanor outstanding. Mighty Dealership is beyond anything I have ever experienced. Will definitely recommend. It was well worth the drive out of town. Brad, the finance officer was also kind and professional. He made the process an easy navigation. Can't say enough about the team at Mighty. My wife and I started looking for a new to us vehicle for our growing family few weeks ago. We had browsed a few websites and took a test drive at another dealership, looking for a good fit for our family. And even with that searching, we weren't feeling convinced we were finding the best value.

Thankfully, my wife was scrolling through some options online when she came to a vehicle at Mighty Auto and was really impressed. We then took a closer comparison online and we were pleasantly surprised with how positive things were looking. To our satisfaction, that experience was only to get better once we got in the vehicle. We found it in great condition, with a clean Carfax history, lower mileage than others like it in the area, and yet still about $2K less than anywhere else around for that same vehicle!

In hindsight, I shouldn't have been surprised by this. Back in 2014, I had bought my Hyundai Sonata from Mighty. That car has been a dependable asset to me as I put on quite a few miles for work. Just short of 200K miles in the last 6 years to be exact, and the car looks and runs as good as it did back then.

My first dealership experience was when my boyfriend purchased from somewhere else and it was the most painful and awful thing. This was personally my first dealership experience and they were AMAZING! They were super patient with me while I tried out several vehicles and always had something to say. I really felt treated like their number 1 priority even though it was pretty busy. The financing aspect was great, too! I feel I got honest answers to my questions and lots of great info. Even the follow up (they had to order a part) was super fast...and even though the sale was done I never felt brushed off or unimportant. In some way I had contact with almost all the staff and everyone of them were always friendly and great to work with! Thank you!!

They made the buying process so easy and we got a great deal on a car. My husband and I have already decided we'll definitely go back when we buy our next car. Trina was fantastic to work with.

Update: We totaled the first car we bought from them and went back to them for another car which was also a great experience. We completely trust them as a dealership and will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Wasn't in the market to buy a new car until my 2010 Ford Escape ended up needing a new engine unexpectedly right before Thanksgiving. Thankfully I found a handful of 2017 Ford Escapes on Car Fax that were listed at Mighty Auto Sales. I went in and told Cody I wanted to take a look at a specific Escape and he handed me the keys and told me to get a real feel for how the car handles and to take it for as long as I needed. I test drove 2 other cars that were similar but I ended up going with the first one I test drove. I wasn't able to get the car that day but I was able to put a deposit down to secure it and take it off the lot. I went back the following week and Brad did a great job walking me through the financial paperwork so I could get my new car. The professionalism was great and I appreciated the non pushy style of car shopping with Mighty Auto Sales. Great experience from start to finish! After test driving, we were able to bring the car home for the night to be able to make sure we were fully satisfied and making the right decision on which vehicle to purchase. The buying process was not overly complex and there were no issues in working with our desired lender. We hope to have our new vehicle for many years and potentially return to Mighty again in the future!

My salesman, Cody, was not pushy at all and talked me through pros and cons well to help me weigh my options. Recently bought a 2014 Honda Civic from Mighty and am so happy with my purchase. The staff was really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Trina is a riot and we really enjoyed working with her, however the rest of the staff was great as well. They made my buying experience easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a great used car at a fantastic price.

Top of the line customer satisfaction! I bought and financed an 06 (not to new). The service light came on and even though the age of my truck disqualified it from a service warranty Mighty has continued to service it to keep me happy and safe on the road. They are more then fair and very honest I absolutely love doing business with them they are friendly and helpful.

We came to Mighty Auto from just outside of the Milwaukee area because of the prices we saw advertised. I was worried that they might be too go to be true.
When we got there we learned there was no game or scheme with the advertised price.
The prices Mighty offers are very competitive and we ended up buying a car that had a sticker price below blue-book value. The only thing to know is that they will stick their advertised price and go no lower.
Overall a great experience where you do not have to haggle with a car dealer.

Dave was extremely helpful in finding us an SUV. It was snowing out and he warmed up the vehicles for us and was very knowledgeable.

We liked the one shop pricing so we knew what we were paying for the vehicle.

He recommended a vehicle that was not on our list (2017 Hyundai) and we ended up buying it.

This is our fourth vehicle from Mighty auto.

I would recommend them to everyone.

Wasn't sure about buying from Mighty after reading the reviews here and elsewhere.
My wife and I worked with Bob who was attentive and understanding with our needs/desires.
Aaron the manager and Matt the owner also were helpful. They allowed us to put a down payment on the car and gave us time to have our mechanic check it out. We bought the car and so far our happy with the 2014 fusion. Thank you Mighty Auto Sales staff for your help in finding our Ford Fusion.

Entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. We got a great starting price plus a very fair trade-in. We weren’t badgered or rushed into a deal. Very responsive to our financing needs. Fixed a minor detailing item they had missed before we left the lot. Made sure we knew all our options and we felt like they did what they could to get us the best price and financing. Would definitely return!

Just picked up my new (to me) used 2017 Hyundai Tucson from Mighty Auto in Neenah. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. The owner, Matt, made me feel welcome the second I walked through the door. I gave him a small idea of what I was looking for and he pulled several SUV’s to the front of the store for me and kept them running so I would stay warm. The entire staff was patient and helpful as I test drove several different vehicles. Once I finally found the one I wanted, Dave took me through the next steps in the buying process and helped me get the paperwork filled out. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. When I arrived today to finish everything up and take the car home, it was clean, already running, and ready to go. I thought buying my first nice/newer car was going to be scary, but the staff at Mighty Auto made the process simple and stress free for me.
