The staff was very thoughtful and considerate and got me right in shortly past my appointment time. I initially had trouble making an appointment - you can make them via text, but that didn't work for me. I also spoke to the answering service several times, and did not get a return call. However, once I was able to speak to someone, they were delightful and very apologetic about that situation. As is the case with several of my doctors, they're having a staffing challenge.

Dr. Powitzsky is absolutely wonderful. Great listener, understands everything that's specific to me and had a solution for my issues - or at least some of them, all of which put me at ease. I would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Moses is an excellent doctor with a fabulous personality. Kind & gentle with the exam. I’ve been sick for 8 weeks with sinus problems. He is getting me better quickly & I’m so grateful to him. He’s the Best ENT doctor!! I highly recommend him.

I’ve seen both Dr. Patton and Dr. Hung. Dr. Patton removed my lymph node on back of neck. All I can say is hallelujah and I’m thankful! I’ve had lots of problems with my ears. I had a tube placed in one that eventually caused me some major pain. Once I asked for it to be removed everything was good we’re unsure of the reasoning it caused pain. See this office for all ENT needs

I adore Dr. Kristen Marcum and wouldn't want to see another ENT physician. She is understanding, thorough, speaks on my level if necessary, and is the BEST in her profession. I trust her with my medical care. Period. 5-STARS.

I was very pleased with my appointment with Dr. Byrd. He was very thorough, listened well, asked questions. He was very knowledgeable, didn’t rush me and “fixed” my problem with my ear. He even humored me when I asked him why some people can wiggle their ears while others cannot!
I will go back to him if needed.

I highly recommend Dr Powitsky to anyone who needs ENT care he is the best Doctor in Houston Texas in my opinion. He did the surgery on my tonsil 11/30/23 almost two weeks now 12/12/23 and it’s healing really good and I feel way better now after suffering from tonsils stones for many years. Now I can talk to anyone not to afraid that they might smell foul odor coming out from my mouth. Thank you very much Dr Powitsky. By the way nice meeting you in Costco today.

I have been going to Dr powitzky for many years. Honestly from the first visit until currently he has stayed consistant. He has always been very forward and realistic expectations. He will not just look write you something and off you go like some other drs do. He truly listens and cares. He has a great personality and true is the best. Very knowledgeable and if you speak about I t something he will give you a referral if you want one. I have followed him from his old location and will always go to him. I have referred people to him. He is amazing. His staff is always accommodating very sweet and professional. All the time! And tgats rare these days!

Dr. Powitsky looked me in the eye, and introduced himself, “Hi I’m Eric.” He has very high emotional intelligence, people and listening skills. He has a calm demeanor, is confident and has a light touch.

He was quite a surprise following the dogmatic lecture and condescending tone from the audiologist. She didn’t say it, her tone and body language inferred “you are sure stupid for not knowing how bad your hearing is, why don’t you have hearing aids?

Dr. Marcum has helped resolve various sinus issues for my kids, my father and even our neighbor. She is very experienced, compassionate and communicative. Her office is efficient and scheduling is easy. I highly recommend her.

I have dealt with Dr. Eric Powitzky on two unrelated issues this past year; one very recent. He is very capable and actually takes the time to listen to your concerns to try and develop a treatment plan. I would highly recommend him for any ENT issues. The staff is also very friendly and communication with the practice is a breeze.

Dr. Byrd is amazing! His staff and the staff of the other practitioners are just as great! Anyone at the front desk will assist you! Dr. Byrd actually moved out of my area, but is still in my PCP Network…so I’ll happily drive the extra 35 miles for an appointment!!

Dr. Powitzky is an awesome doctor, same as his staff. They’re like family to us. He has treated my son, my wife, and I since ~2004. About 20 years.

If you want modern excellence in ENT care, go see Dr. Powitsky and his staff. I had a septoplasty performed last week by Dr. Powitsky. I'm impressed with quality of care, attention, follow-up "bedside" manner. Their clear and kind communication of what-to-expect, what-to-do, and when-to-do-such, has meant a smooth recovery with no surprises. Wish I would have had this done ages ago.

Dr Byrd and the staff at Center for ENT are the best. I have never experienced a long wait time or any delays in my appointments. They are friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.

Dr Bryd takes awesome care of his patients. He was referred to me by another patient. Now my whole family sees him. Great nurses,assistants and front office staff also.

This is my second visit to The Center for ENT. I have been very impressed with how efficient and professional everyone is. Dr. Patton was wonderful and resolved my issue in 1 short visit, I highly recommend them.
