They take forever to help u out my family is going without instead of them getting the problem taken care of instead of saying the same thing ever time and they want u to do all the foot work when most of the information could be faxed to them no they want u to bring it in so this way it takes even longer because u have to wait for it to come in the mail

Absolute worst place u can visit wud give negative stars if possible

I had to call today over an issue and the Cheeky upstart that talked to me, doesn't have any business doing that job, she was very unprofessional, disrespectful, immature and rude!!! She didn't give her name, but they will have it on file in Frankfort who I spoke with!! This matter isn't over with!! I'm filing charges against her, and then we will see how far her smart mouth gets her. I don't wish anyone out of a job, but she doesn't belong in that type of job!!! They act like it's coming out of their pocket, When I have worked since I was 15 and paid in since I was 15, and now with the medical condition I have, I can't anymore. Then to be treated like I was today but some Cheeky upstart, Is very uncalled for and I don't know about anyone else, but I'm tired of it!!! So, this go around I'm not going to sit back and take it!!!
