I just bought your newest BOA work boot. Unbelievable. I wore them home. Planted 10 trees the next day - up and down a tractor. They're lighter and easier to clean. Very happy! Drove an hour to Houston after I saw the ad.

The best store with the most helpful employees who take their time and don't rush you through. I recommend this location highly. It is absolutely worth coming here even if you pass other Red Wing locations on the way here.

I highly recommend this place. Sean's customer service was awesome. He helped me find the perfect size & found the boots i wanted at another store since they were out of stock. Great experience at this place, def recommend it 👍

I highly recommend this store! I wanted to try red wing boots since I’ve tried other boot brands and they don’t last me very long. Steve did a excelente job helping me. My feet usually hurt from the middle and he recommended a good insole to help with that and the boots feel good!! Im telling all my coworkers to try red wing lol

Steven did a great job with fit and convincing me on an insert. Never been more comfortable in Red Wings and I’ve been wearing them for 40 years.

Go in and see Steve. I can almost guarantee that Steve will help you every step of the process. I came back because of concerns, and my guy Steve helped me get the exact what I needed. I don't live here in Texas, but I'll be calling my guy Steve for any help I need.

What a great hospitality I had! I walked in around 15min before the shop closes but the store manager gave me a very decent explanation of the boots I was interested and didn’t even mind to extend way beyond the biz hrs. The best part was even the 3D feet measuring system that provides you great data to recommend which boots fits on you. He also gave me a RW Toto bag as a souvenir to take back to Japan. For any RW boots fan, this is definitely a shop to drop by. Wide range of selections and he will also give you the do’s and don’t so you can make the optimum choice. Definitely coming back next time I’m in town!

The cashier / sales rep Steve was outstanding - the best retail employee I have interacted with in years. He insisted that I pick a second pair of boots to try on and I only begrudgingly agreed. I am extremely happy that he persuaded me to do this because the second pair were much more comfortable.

I went after already going to a different location where the people were rude. The only woman working today 10/07/2023 was phenomenal. I forgot her name but it started with an A. I think it was Arlene. She was so kind very patient. Even had to deal with a really rude customer and kept her composure. If I could give her a raise I would!! Best employee ever!!

I visited the Bellaire store in search of safety shoes for my job. Steven was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He showed me several styles that were in my price range and he also let me try some orthotic inserts. I am very pleased with my purchase and I will definitely return to this store in the future.

The staff here was very helpful and knowledgable. Id say it's best Red Wing store in Texas, seriously, because of the coolness of the staff and the amount of Heritage line models they carry and stock. I purchased one the few remaining limited Billy Boots and got a discount on it as well! Definitely will be back for a pair of Iron Rangers.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. The sales associate was sweet, mild , and thoughtful. My feet were measured by a 3-D scanner, fitted with shoes and socks. It was a very calm atmosphere

Salesman Steven did digital fit and came out with recommended size,it fit great, I wanted to try the Boa tradesman, really pleased with it, i change from work boots to mud boots several times a day and these convienance of pullon with secure fit of lace up with out hassle of laces.

I had a great store experience at this location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Steve was very kind and assisted me with finding the boot that I was happiest with, and made sure that I was satisfied before I left. Would highly recommend this location!
