I've been going here with my partner for a few years now. Long enough that we've recognized the owner and exchanged a wave and "hello" while out and about. I haven't had a bad experience here. Everything you order is out in a timely manner. And I've never been disappointed with the food. At this point when my partner and I try coffee from other places we often say "it just isn't overflow coffee". Which may sound a bit silly, but when you find good coffee that's consistent, it's hard to beat. The building is beautiful and well kept. I personally adore the atmosphere. The coffee, food, people, atmosphere, everything is just great here. My favorite coffee shop I've ever found. And by some miracle it's in the town I've grown up in!

This is one of the nicest independent coffee shops that I have visited in many years. Comfortable, spacious building with plenty of seating and side areas to hangout. Great staff (specifically Stace). These guys could teach other businesses much about excellent customer service - something that is often missing nowadays. Extremely hospitable and welcoming. Prices were quite reasonable. I will be back on every opportunity when in Hillsboro.

We travel and drink coffee everywhere we go and we stopped at the right place! The coffee is delicious, and so is the food, we highly recommend this coffee shop.

This is one of the best local coffee shops I’ve ever visited. First, the coffee. It was a full-bodied Guatemalan roast and easy to drink. A great brew. Next, the atmosphere. This shabby chic building is gorgeous. Combine that with spacious seating (including a wraparound balcony!), smiling service, free WiFi, and plenty of parking on the square, and this is almost the perfect coffee shop. You can take your kids there (plenty of toys and games), take a date there (upstairs is quiet), or work remotely. Even if you just want to read a while, it’s perfect. Additionally, there is a strong community connection as they rent out (?) their side shelving to local artists. You can see all their work and buy it through the shop. Highly, highly recommended.

Such an amazing coffee shop with excellent staff and incredible character. The coffee was solid and the croissant breakfast sandwich was good. There is tons of seating. It is very historical inside while the bathrooms are new and super clean. They also sell local items such as chocolate and art. Definitely worth the side trip from the highway.

I was on a road trip from Austin to Dallas and found this incredible coffee shop almost accidentally. What an outstanding company, their expresso was out of this world, perfectly crafted!! The service was 5 stars, the decor and scenery is cozy and warm, antique and rustic feel. A rare place, with an amazing team of people making a statement with their excellence!! Did I mention that I was French :)

What a wonderful place. atmosphere is Easy and inviting. The coffee is rich and strong And the couches are comfy and cozy. It's more like a coffee home If there is such a thing.

Always a cool spot to stop in the the family. Upstairs is really nice and chill. Coffee is on point. They have Wi-Fi and printing.

Great, relaxing atmosphere with lots of comfortable seating, calm music and interesting books. I got the Purple Rain drink which was delicious. Lots of alternative milk options too.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE! Amazing food, staff, and prices! I go here for hours on end to study. It’s healthy, tastes great, and extremely affordable.

Their new location provides a totally different experience. Extensive work has gone into providing a cohesive, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that combines the feeling of a modern restaurant with rustic accents such as wood paneling and wrought-iron finishing. The baristas are friendly and helpful, and the coffee is strong without a bitter after flavor. Of particular note here is the inclusion of various works by local artists and craftspersons, as well as an assortment of books available to read by the patrons.

If you live in Hillsboro, or on your way through, I'd recommend a stop here at Overflow.

Delicious breakfast and a well made cortado. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. Perfect place for a quick stop while in Hillsboro for work.

This was a stop for a meal on our way from Dallas to Austin. Very friendly staff and fresh made to order sandwiches which included a side and drink of choice for $9. The sandwich was good, the ambiance was relaxed, and made for a great stop.

Cute and delicious. Loved the vibe and the historic building, and the coffee was damn good too.

Girls were very friendly and the atmosphere was so restful. We enjoy it every time we're here in this area.

This place is adorable. Great experience. The upstairs is a small art gallery and the downstairs has amazing food and coffee. This was my second time in and I had the Latte and their croissant sandwich! Yum! I will be back! Thanks for the smiles and great customer service. If you want a cool place to stop in, grab a bite and have a coffee, this is the place to go. Will be back!
