My delivery was at 1300. I arrived at 0600 and was unloaded with paperwork in hand by 9:30. Plenty of room for parking and if you get there before they open there is overnight parking. Would definitely recommend going back

I've been shopping on that place almost 14 years. Everybody's so good but the best is the lady with the black hair good-looking her name is Keisha. I wish one day she become a manager of the store .she's so perfect what she's doing

This ladies by the door, the return and the checking receipts, are just amazing. Even you are having a bad day, they change it right away. Thank you for such a great customer service and smiles. 🥰🥰🥰

Great place to deliver!! My appointment wasn’t until 3:00 pm. I showed up at 9:30 and they had me unloaded and out in less than 30 minutes!! Thank you, and keep up the great work!!

I love this wholesales store, always you can find the greatest cooking material with lowest prices and high quality here. The problem is that you have to have membership with and for membership you have to have a business. 🤣 I have been there with my friends.

Most of the employees are helpful. This location has different items vs the 249 location.

Best place for bulk, fresh fish, meat and veggies are a couple of things to mention.

To the restaurant and bar industry, this is a place of wanders😆 But seriously, it's the Costco of the hospitality industry and the staff are some of the hardest workers that put up with waaay too much.

They are super helpful at this location, I called a different location prior to calling this one and they told me they couldn't help me because I didn't have a membership. Karina and the store manager at this location actually took the time to make sure they had what I was looking for, and it turns out they didn't even carry the item. The store manager was even so kind as to point me in the right direction. Kudos for the great customer service guys! I will definitely refer clients to you for their restaurant supply needs.

Starting a new business is always going to be stressful so having one place to get your needs and even discover new items was right on time. Signing up took 20 minutes and the prices help make staying within your budget a reality. Thanks again for being here for the ambitious. Kudos

I see many bad reviews about this location. This is not a Costco. Things are organized. Carts were smooth and in good shape to drag your grocery. All items are huge in size and cheap.

A food superstore
Most meats were really a pretty good deal..I recommend you to try it at least once...I came out less than half of what I expected to pay.. that visit...today I had a visit there and they over charged me 22 dollars

Unloaded within 30 minutes. Plenty of room to dock. I enjoy to all of the Restaurants Depot locations. Every now and then they get a little backed up but they really work hard to get us Unloaded.

First review: Product selection is good. Customer service can always be improved. My concern is that I can't login my own account, and I have shopped there more than the required amount of times.

UPDATE: I TALKED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE A WHILE AGO ABOUT MY LOGIN A FEW DAYS AFTER POSTING THE PREVIOUS POST. TALKED TO THE THE YOUNG LADY AT THE FRONT DESK, AND SHE EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED, FIXED IT FAST AND WAS REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL.

Excellent place for supplies. The best

It was great. It had many different food items, and all of them are in bulk. We also saw restaurants items like plastic cup, utensils, chef dresses etc. So if you have a restaurant in Houston, this is a must place to go and shop. Price is good. I saw 15 dozen egg priced for $15.65. The shop is big. One more thing is some areas are super cold like where you get fish, meat and vegetables. So take worm clothes, shoes with socks and hand gloves if you plan to stay for long.

Great selection and good prices. Staff was more than helpful. This will now be my go to place for all my bulk item needs.
