Ideal Image Washington Heights

Heaven sent! I recently lost 25 pounds and as a result, my face fell! My first visit in Sugar Land was great and my fillers made a huge difference. However, I felt I needed a little more so I went yo the Heights location for a same day appointment. WOW… my husband just about fell to the ground after my treatment. They really enhanced my face and restored the volume I lost. I could not be happier with the results. I feel lucky to have visited two locations that gave me individualized experiences that catered to my needs. The staff were friendly and caring. I was comfortable and confident with their treatment and execution. Thank you for giving me back my face! It’s beyond my expectations.

I had a spicy experience🌶🌶🌶 The ladies at the front desk are extremely friendly and welcoming. My tech Miaa, is prefect! She greeted me with a warm welcome and listened to me. She made me feel valued and appreciated. I highly recommend this location.

Mia's was amazing!!! I was very nervous, she answered all my questions made me feel very comfortable and I didn't feel any pain at all. And most of all, I have amazing results. Thank you Miaa!!!

It was great for my first appointment! The RN was very helpful and literally talked me through the entire experience. She gave me her trust and I enjoyed the experience!

My experience at the Washington Heights location was great the team was very understanding and helpful about my situation, but the one in Raleigh sucked I would not recommend this company to anyone of my friends due to the policies that will screw over its clients you still have to pay even if you do not continue treatment for medical reasons like pregnancy.

Marissa has been so helpful and this location has helped me now be able to continue treatment. As a franchise they can do better but this location is fantastic

Nice location. The tech (she’s light skin and wears a curly bun) is amazing and diligent. Makes sure you’re comfortable and does the work well. Great experience so far!!!

The experience is always good. Mia was a professional, calming and was personable.

The issue is the rising cost of the annual membership and the lack of free annual renewal gift.

They increased their hours and have more available appointments. I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. I get laser hair removal touch ups so it’s uncomfortable, but they are so nice and knowledgeable.

From the time I walked into the Washington Heights location I was treated with great warmth and attention. My experience was wonderful and Miaa is amazing !

My experience at the Washington heights is great Miaa always does a wonderful job she makes sure you get taken care of she explains everything and does her job in a timely manner.

I always have such a great time coming here. They are so understanding with pain levels and making sure they are paying attention to every detail and so open to making me feel as comfortable as possible!

Mia is amazing!! I use her for full body laser and I've had amazing results. No where else have I noticed a difference.
