Dr.Bolivar is such a wonderful physician, she was super kind and was so easy to have a conversation with.

I received two cancellations in a row. I was unable to have my 2023 year check up because she cancelled the same day and got rescheduled for next year (January 2024), my appointment was scheduled for tomorrow and I just received a cancellation notice. I understand doctors are persons and may have to cancel appointment but you would think they would have a back up. Two cancellations in a row are inconvenient since we need to also make arrangements on our end for this to happen.

My annual physical scheduled 2 months in advance with Dr. Bolivar was cancelled a few hours before my actual appointment time, and I was offered to wait another two months for next available one. I've been seeing Dr. Bolivar for 5+ years, and it seems that her current patients are low priority.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment on Jan 30 for April 28. So that is about a 3 month wait. Then, a week before my appointment, I was told that my appointment was canceled due to scheduling errors. So, instead of accommodating my time, they told me I could reschedule an appointment for the month of Oct on the 26th. IN SIX MONTHS!!!!! The lack of compassion they have for a patient stands out so prominent in just scheduling an appointment. I have told everyone I know about this experience. I will never recommend this place. Please just find another doctor that values the person you are!

Dr. Bolivar is never available. If you are sick she won't be able to see you for a month, and if you need your annual physical you will need to schedule it 3 to 4 months ahead of time in order to get anything at all. If you want to transfer out of her care to a different doctor you have to wait days and weeks before it is approved.
