Awesome Doc! One of the standout qualities of Dr. Dalbir Purewal is his dedication to providing thorough and comprehensive care. Unlike many doctors who rush through appointments, Dr. Dalbir Purewal took the time to conduct a full physical examination, leaving no stone unturned. This attention to detail instilled a sense of confidence in me as a patient, knowing that he was committed to understanding my overall health.

I love Dr. Purewal, he is kind, professional and has great bedside manners. He helped me find the right medication for my depression due to bereavement. When i met him, he was genuinely concerned about my well being. I recommend him, and the team at Memorial Herman.

I was seen very quickly. My entire visit including lab work was 1 hr. The doctor was very friendly and concerned. He made good recommendations to not have to name me on medications for too long. I felt the plan for my recovery was very good.

Dr. Purewal was very nice and welcoming. I felt he had my best interest at heart and I will be back to see him again.

In my opinion Dr. Purewal is a fine doctor. He has a comforting manner and has been attentive to my concerns and codition offering referrals to specialist when needed.
However, I have been unhappy with the whole referral process and the seeming disconnect between my doctor and the referral department.

Today I had my first visit with Dr. Purewal, and it went wonderfully! He was very thorough during the appointment and explained potential reasons and solutions for my back pain. I highly recommend him, and am happy to say I have found my new PCP.

I went to see Dr. Purewal for a yearly physical. I found him to be very thorough and quite pleasant to deal with. Even though I was in for a physical we discussed my scoliosis and he did inform me that he would not write for pain meds. Of course that is not why I was there so I was not offended by that in any way. Anymore most doctors will not write for narcotics and I can't say that I blame them. The bureaucratic red tape and scrutiny they have to go through is just not worth it. So my advice to those of you reading these reviews are to go to Houston Methodist website and read his reviews there. After you see a Methodist doctor you are sent a patient survey either by email or snail mail. I completed one for him and it was exactly as you see here. Those are the real reviews from the patients that went to see him for physicals, sickness or just med checks. Read between the lines on the few Google reviews that you see here. You will see a pattern.
