Great customer service! Got online, found what we wanted, ordered & paid at 2pm yesterday. Mdse arrived at my home in Jacksonville before 8:30am this morning! Wonderful and so easy! Thank you!

This Lowe's is well stocked and maintained. I've always had a good shopping experience here. The cashiers are friendly and courteous. Plenty of floor help asking if I need assistance or help. If this review was helpful, please "like" it.

The paint department was very quick, has a great selection of valspar and Sherwin Williams paints and the people who helped us with our paints were so kind, helpful, and quick.

When I went there the store was huge. I found what i needed however the employees were not that friendly. I needed to find an item and I asked two employees, they just didn't even know where to find on their little touch screen device, ok... So i had to find it myself. Other than that, the store was clean, but certainly it was very difficult to find what I needed. They need to come up with something like a map on the cellphone to tell you where the stuff you need is located at.

Got what I needed and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Great staff

That’s a well organized store where you can find anything for your house improvement. The garden center has a good variety of plants very well cared.

I visited the store last week looking for some solar lighting, and I'm pretty sure you could tell I was lost lol. They have such a large selection I didn't know where to start. Without even asking, a young guy, Micheal, stepped in and helped me find the perfect products. He was soooo respectful and helpful that I had to give him a shout-out!

Impressed by Tasha in customer service! I needed a replacement chain for my electric chain saw. The web said they had one in stock, but I live an hour away. I called and eventually got Tasha, who looked the item up and saw there were three in stock. I think she could tell I was still a little hesitant to rely on electronic inventory. She put me on hold while she went to check. Then she brought one back and said she would hold it at the customer service desk for me. It may seem like a small thing, but it's huge. So many places there's no customer service and employees are rude. She was proactive about helping me, and I'm very appreciative.

Had order a vanity top online in Henderson and when the plumber was ready to install it there was a crack between the sink and vanity. We took the vanity back to Lowes in Henderson the return was so easy and the lady working that department Shannon was so helpful but could not get the vanity box down off the top shelf because it was to heavy. Michael from another department came over and help get the vanity down and help us load it on the cart. They both apologize that it took so long for them to get it down off the top shelf. You have two very professional employees working for you. We drive from Longview just to shop at this store.

I must say that I am extremely happy with the service I received from Lowe's Home Improvement customer service.
I placed an online order and went in to the store to pick it up the following day.
I went to the customer service desk and gave the customer service representative my order number and she pulled my order and I signed for it and I was out the door with my items.
Very fast and efficient service.
I was extremely happy with the service.
I was in and out within 10 minutes.
I will definitely be ordering online again and picking up my orders in the store.

This store is great. I was needing parts for a leaky toilet, a 6 foot folding table, a 4 foot table and a drop down receiver hitch. They had it all and the associates were so helpful helping me find it.

I normally shop at the Longview Lowe's. But I came to Henderson this time.
What a surprise really nice people working there from the cashier to the loaders. Very helpful.

Haylee at the pro desk and Raynee are two of the best associates in Lowes. Both of these young ladies very patiently helped me with my long list of building supplies. They are both friendly, seemingly experienced and knowledgeable, and eager to assist. I really appreciate them for all their help. I also appreciate the fact that Lowes had everything I needed in this one store. I didn't have to drive all over the country to get everything I needed.

VERY good place for my home/landscape needs. The staff is quite friendly without being overly personal. They are patient: On multiple occasions I have "pre-shopped" without a purchase (for major items). Each associate who helped me was in no hurry to get me on my way and answered all my questions. When I made a return, the matter was resolved with the same friendly courtesy.

Started out feeling like maybe we were not going to get some help then a young man from another department was bringing a cart back to the lumber side came to the rescue with no hesitation. He did admit he was not familiar with the department seeing as he worked in garden center. With no hesitation he asked how he could help us told us that he would do what he had to so that we could get whatever we needed. He was very respectful and funny. He stayed with us throughout our shopping excursion. And also helped other people while never leaving us. He was beyond what we would have ever expected. He needs to be recognized for his outstanding customer service. His name is Champ Sanders and he lives up to his name. True champion you have working for you! He saved the day.

Ludy, was magnificent in helping us find the refrigerator we needed. She even waited to go on her lunch to make sure we had what we needed. She is worth more than 5 stars by herself. Everyone in the store was very polite and helpful. Best Lowe's I have been to in years.

Got a $99 toilet, brought it home and installed it in less than an hour. Not bad for a 60 year old woman. I asked the employee working in plumbing if I needed to get a flush valve or anything else and she asked someone and nope everything I needed was in the box. I appreciate Lowe's.
