yaya's place Mexican Restaurant

I'm from the Austin area, and was looking for breakfast. YAYA'S came up and decided to give this place a try. When I tell you it was a great decision, it was in fact a really great decision. The young lady serving us did a fantastic job, the food is over the top good. I did not really expect how good the food is here. 10/10 would recommend. Update Marileyssi was the server. She was great!

The food was really good. Got a gorditas plate that had 3 gorditas cooked crispy with meat, lettuce, tomatoes, rice and beans. Was worth it!

I ordered the brisket dinner and it was a generous portion. A near by restaurant was closed so YAYA's was packed. It was my first time to eat there and I was not disappointed. Food was a little slow but the employees were fast and courteous. It was my first time but I am certain it won't be my last.

Great food, good service and nice small town vibe. Will be back!

Yayas is probably the most underrated Mexican restaurant in Hillsboro. Food is delicious and served in a timely manner. And... the most reasonably priced casual dining restaurant in Hillsboro.

The only thing people might have issues with is parking.

Salsa Verde is excellent! Got some heat. Barbacoa is excellent as well.
We'll be back.

Friendly service. Broad menu. Large portions (to go with the full size pair of flour tortillas.) Very reasonably priced. Clean restrooms. No alcohol.

It's not fancy, which is good, and I love this place; mostly get Huevos Rancheros, have done for over a decade. Great food, great service, great value. Always leave satisfied and happy. Result.

Well we had got there at 2:15, and walked in kind of a side door. The lady greeted us and took us to our table we ordered our food and they brang us out some chips and salsa that were great. Then they bring our food I had beef enchiladas they were great. My wife had the chicken tostadas she said they were the best born and raised in Arizona I know she knew what she was talking about We noticed we were the only ones in the restaurant. They were great and really nice people. As we were walking out the door the front door . We realized that they had closed at 2:00. But they served us anyway, we had no idea that they closed and they did not say a word. I would recommend this place to anyone. Authentic Mexican food and authentic Hispanic hospitality.

Just wanna update that after 3 months of eating here regularly, service has remained consistent! Food is always made correctly and good. Staff are always welcoming and kind. Love this place!

Ate here with my family for the first time while waiting for oil change/inspection from Toms next door a couple of days ago. The breakfast burritos are AMAZING! They're huge, tasty, and very filling. Chips and salsa were very good as well! Waitress was very attentive and nice. Will definitely be returning!

Honestly the best Mexican food in Hillsboro. Most of the bad reviews are just Karen's complaining about their eggs being cooked wrong. This is probably because they didn't read the item description of there food. A couple items have eggs that are cooked over easy.

Oh man I had the eagle burrito, which was just about everything that can be stuffed inside of a breakfast burrito, and man did it hit the spot. Had a pleasant weight to it. Perfectly toasted tortilla, perfect ratios of ingredients. I added rice and beans to it because I love beans and eggs. Their salsa and sauces they brought out were also great. The roasted jalapeño sauce was omg good. My co-worker got the eggs Ranchero, and as picky as he is, even he loved what he got.

1st time to go here and loved! Great youngsters and food was Awesome. And place decor and such is Unique but reminded me of one of my Aunts old homes and I loved the style

The Burrito legacy continues in Yaya's Place. This location has always been the local spot for great Breakfast Burritos and amazing lunch and breakfast dishes. Family friendly. Highly recommended.

We drove a long way to get here and it was worth it! The service, the food, and even their green sauce was great. I recommend getting the migas plate, it was the perfect portion and pretty good :)
