AT&T Store

Maritza always has such a positive attitude and solves whatever issues we have. When my father comes in she is always so patient with him. He isn’t tech savvy but she explains and shows him how to take his phone off mute and how to charge it properly. Having personnel like her is what makes me come back to this store. She is a prime example of Excellent customer service!

Tiffany, the manager at the AT&T store, is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me with my phone issues. Her knowledge, patience, and friendly attitude made the whole experience fantastic. I highly recommend visiting the store and asking for Tiffany. She's the best!

I had purchased a prepaid plan and SIM card to switch my phone service from Straighttalk to AT&T. I was having major problems and the only option left was to go to an AT&T store. I got there about 730pm. Only customer there. When I arrived, after having tried since 11am to get this done, I was frustrated and quiet upset. I believe Tiffany is the name of the young lady that helped me. She was able to fix my issue and did not seem to care that I was singing with the radio while she worked on my phone. Thank you so much Tiffany...YOU'RE AMAZING!!!

I had a great time. I went to get my upgrade and everyone had a great attitude. And fantastic service. Was a little hiccup on corporates end. But the manager sorted it out. Will definitely be going back.

Maritza was fantastic. She truly was very helpful. She was the ONLY employee working. She was working with two customers and had another waiting when we walked in. She was polite and let us know she was by herself and would be with us as soon as she was finished. Honestly, aside from the wait - best experience and customer service I've had ever with AT&T.

What should have taken 13 minutes ended up taking 13 hours. I was trying to pair my apple watch to my iPhone but I took it to Corrine at the AT&T store. She tired to help and even stayed later than her shift to make sure that we could get it fixed so that I would not have to pay the 50.00 restocking fee and have to get a new one. She did everything in her ability to make sure that I left as a happy customer and I absolutely did. Thank you so much Corrine!

I went into the store yesterday I must say that an employee Corinne was so sweet and knowledgeable of everything I asked. The best part of looking for a phone that is suitable just for you is everything. Corinne went above and beyond customer service today. I have to say that walking into a store with so many questions to be answered is uncomfortable. Corinne made it seem easy! I will definitely be back to make a purchase with her after I discuss this with my husband. Big Thanks Corinne for being so nice and patient with me!

We were with Straight Talk for years but their customer service has gotten really bad! We stopped by your Hillsboro store and met Maritza. With myself coming from a customer service and teaching background, I want you too know, Maritza, is by far, 1 of the best sales reps I have come in touch with in a long time. She took the time to set up my phone and then made sure I knew how to finds things..(I now have memory trouble) Maritza is a HUGE ASSET to AT&T. We are looking forward to doing business with AT&T.

Today I went in with my mother to change her service plan. Maritza and Hannah helped us understand what options were available to us. Both ladies went out of their way to explain and walk us through the process. My experience today was exceptional!! I highly recommend this store!!
