I was shopping on a Saturday and after getting home to a different city, I realized something was missing from my bag. I called the store and they were able to call the store in my town and replace the missing item. The manager was amazing! She even offered to mail it to me if the other store couldn’t replace my item. Thank you! Great customer service!!

We live about 10 miles from Hillsboro and we love this bath and body works! The inventory is always fully stocked with crazy deals. My family and I buy great gift's there for friends and family and we are fully stocked at home with hand soaps and body scrubs ❤

This location always has items for 50 percent to 75% off! Even when there are other sales going on, they always have extra deals. Absolutely love this particular location.

Almost everything here is cheaper than the mall store in Waco. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the store always smells so nice. Btw, the seasonal hot cocoa and cream candle (and wall plug scents) are the absolute best and smell exactly like hot cocoa. Everyone is def getting one for Xmas!⭐👍♥☕

The staff here is amazing! They welcomed us in and would occasionally ask us if we needed help with a smile on their face. They weren’t pushy, and the ladies were very helpful. You can great deals here and if this B&BW was closer to my area, I would probably visit every weekend! ALSO THERE ARE SO MANY GREAT DEALS THERE AND A LOT OF $3 HAND SOAPS? SIGN ME UP!

Looks can be deceiving!!! I was on my way back to Dallas from Austin, and my fiancé spotted this gem! All of my favorite candles are DISCOUNTED!!! The discounts range from 50 - 75% off!!!! The store was super clean and the staff was extreamy friendly.

It's in an abandoned outlet shopping center and it's the only store. Don't be concerned they are awesome, and they plan on staying their for a while!!!

This store is hardly ever crowded and is fully stocked. Each time I visit, the staff is eager to assist and with a smile! I stopped in this time for the candle sale and although everyone that was working was busy, i didn’t feel rushed. The cashier was delightful and i got everything i wanted.

Always has sales going on. Lots of smell good stuff, from hand sanitizer, lotions, candles, air fresheners and more!!! The store does NOT smell like a perfume shop!!! They have a new rewards program that's pretty good too!!! I like getting our smell good stuff here!!!

I always stop here on my way back home. I live in the fort worth area but Hillsboro is the meeting place when I meet my parents. Employees are always super friendly and I have never had bad service.

Love the smell of B and B. It's almost enchanting. The young lady that helped me was informative about the product I was picking up, explaining about the sale going on at that time. While checking out the lady informed me of hand soap in my favorite scent, Orange and Ginger.

I love this location. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and the sales are great year around.
