I've always been the kind of person who can't really know for sure about a purchase until I can get my hands on it, which can make shopping for cars a real hassle, since I usually feel bad badgering salespeople with numerous questions every time I need to look at a vehicle.

But this place is a godsend- Not once did I feel overwhelmed by the buying process, or like my questions were annoying the staff. Tony is as honest a salesmen as you can ask for, quick and professional when contacting you about potential products, and overwhelmingly supportive when going over fine details.

For a person who may not know exactly what their looking for in a car, or may just want a lower stress alternative to buying on a lot, Auto Finders USA may be exactly what you're looking for. All said and done, they found me a vehicle that was handily under blue book value.

There is always a risk in the car industry with buying a problematic ride if you don't do your research, and I would still suggest looking into average repair costs and common maintenance problems with certain models, but if even on the off chance you find dud, it won't be because of this establishment. I never once felt that Auto Finders USA was trying to sell me anything more than what I was looking for, and was extremely transparent about costs and potential issues.

Compared to a most dealers, this place is a no-brainer.

Very high integrity staff. Cars are re-conditioned to offer a reliable used car at a reasonable price. Owner is very helpful and understanding. Don't hesitate to reach out to Tony if you have any issues (or positive feedback).

Went to their dealership to test drive a car I had seen online. After the test drive I told Tony that it was not the car for me. He asked me what I was looking for and I told him in detail including my budget. The very next day he called me and said he found a car that fit my description and texted me pictures. I went back and drove the car and it exceeded my expectations and they also did a lot of extra work and kept the price within my budget. When I got it home I took it to my mechanic for an inspection and they told me they were very impressed by the work that Auto Finders had done and with the car.
So, if they don't have what you want, tell them what you are looking for and give them a chance to find it.

Shopping for a car can be quite the chore... with Auto Finders I found it to be not only easy but actually very fun. I would have to recommend this place to anybody! Professional. Curtesy. Honest. I can't say enough great things about Tony and the crew at Auto Finders!

Auto Finders USA was able to get rid of the smoke smell from my car due to the fire at the Brin in Menasha since my car was right next to the building that was on fire for hours and hours. I would recommend to anybody that needs to get rid of an odor from their car to take it to Auto Finders USA. Very inexpensive way!!!
