Definitely the best vet I’ve been to in east Texas. Prices are really fair and the staff is AWESOME!!!! So we had Andrea who gave the shots and did some testing and Dr. Smith was the woman who made the decisions for little Lily Cats treatment. I also believe she is the owner of the clinic from what I heard in there. If she’s not THE owner then she is one of them if more than one. I can update later when I go back. Both women were very friendly and professional and you can tell that they love what they do as all those people in that industry should. When Dr. Smith told us what she was going to do and what needed to be done for testing I asked her about the price upfront (knowing I would pay whatever it took but just wondered) and she was honest and direct and when everything was done there were no hidden fees or any surprises. Lily Cat ended up with antibiotic shot and steroid shot and she did still sneeze for about an hour but it’s now been a day and a half after that hour and she has sneezed twice with no discharge and her eyes are cleared up. I did go out to my truck while they were waiting on blood tests to get my phone and left my son and cat in the room and as you can see in the picture when I came back Lily Cat stole my seat and sat there for the 25 minutes until we had left. I will come back here from now on for my animals treatment because I trust them and know they will always do the right thing. When you schedule appointments there is an app to store your pet’s records and to request future appointments as well. There also tons of other stuff on there I haven’t looked over yet. Works easy and that way you don’t have to have them print everything. Definitely recommend going here for your pet needs. The inside looks amazing and the whole staff from receptionist to doctors are awesome. Thanks!!!

Our puppy, Little Bit, came down with a nasty stomach bug that left him worse for wear on a Friday…of course. My husband and I were scrambling to have him seen as we are new to the area. Lindale Vet Clinic was able to get him in and help him get back to his normal self. They went above and beyond to take care of our puppy which included keeping him over the weekend with tech monitoring. He gave us quite the scare but knew he was in great hands and would be well cared for. The staff also checked in with us the day after he went home to ensure he was making progress. He has almost made a full recovery. We are very blessed that Lindale Vet Clinic was there to help us out in our time of need. The staff is friendly and considerate. The facility is VERY clean and well kept (including the smell), not to mention well decorated. The pricing is competitive and affordable. The doctors and techs have wonderful bedside manner and are very knowledgeable. We appreciate all they have done for us and will definitely have our continued business.

I’ve already called some family and sang your praises! After using another vet in Lindale my entire adult life, I have never been quite happy with the new ownership and policies. My girl was scheduled to get spayed, but life happened sooner then we expected and while she was actively in heat, she got out during a large storm to chase off another animal from her chickens… potentially being exposed to a neighbors unaltered male. We were devastated as we are not breeders or interested in breeding. We called the “old” veterinarians office to quickly get her spayed and I was met with a condescending tone that the situation had happened as well as being told that I would have to get a slew of, what I deem as, unnecessary tests & vaccinations, plus I was quoted a price of almost double what we ended up paying. I immediately called this office and explained the situation, the person I spoke with was polite, never once making me feel worse then I already did, with a simple “Hey, accidents happen all the time, we’ll get her taken care of!”. The entire staff was incredibly sweet, offered all the testing/vaccines that are generally offered, but did not pressure me to do them, nor make me feel bad that I wasn’t able to afford the “extra” at this time (an issue I experienced with our last spay at our “old clinic”). My girl was home within a few hours, and from personal experience with multiple animals being spayed/neutered, I can honestly say I’ve never had one come home that was not “high” out of their minds, puking, and just generally down for days. Our girl was of course moving slow and a bit out of it, but I feel that this clinic didn’t “overdo” the drugs, and our sweet girl not once got sick. We are 3 days from her surgery and her incision looks GREAT, her tummy doesn’t have that weird pooch females sometimes get, and she’s back to normal, with a constant reminder to “Calm down” because she’s ready to play.

I take both my dog and cat to Lindale Veterinary Clinic. The Staff is Friendly, they are informative and up front about procedures and cost. More important is that my Fur Babies like them too!

Lindale Veterinary Clinic has been my primary vet for over 12 years now. They give your pet the very best care. The entire staff cares about your pets well being. Recently they saved my cats leg after an accident that we truly thought she would lose it as a result of. It's been quite the process. I'm so grateful to them for everything they have done for my cat and all my other animals. I wouldn't want to take my pets anywhere else.

The entire staff has always treated our babies with love and care. Wouldn’t use another place ever. Everyone is so sweet and very knowledgeable. They even treat our difficult baby with love and respect.

This place is absolutely wonderful! Every experience I have had here has been flawless and affordable. From the smiling faces when you walk in to text messages on a Saturday morning following up on my dogs health! Top notch place with a top notch staff!!

Shout out to Lindale Veterinary Clinic . I love them so much. I use them often and they are by far the best I’ve used in Lindale. Today they were even more extraordinary. I won’t go through the specifics because I don’t want this situation to be taken advantage of, but I had an emergency with a sweet kitty. They were so quick and efficient when I didn’t even have an appointment. And the veterinarian was so so kind to me through it all. They are amazing. Thank you LVC ❤

Little Joe, our 10 year old adopted Yorkie, visits with the vets at Lindale Veterinary Clinic for all his needs. He just went for his teeth cleaning this past week and is feeling great. When his "parents" go away for a few days, he gets to stay at the clinic and while there meets new friends. He highly recommends the clinic to all his friends!

Great location. Easy to find, has handicap parking,wheelchair accessible. Very clean and comfortable for pets and people. Staff is wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleasant and professional at the same time. Very welcoming and accommodating group. See the veterinarian by appt and a tech first. Seem to always be on time. The facility is New and has very up scale areas for our fury family. My pug is a new patient there and after our visit today I know that is where we will stay. I love this Vet Clinic! We work with Dr. Smith and she is great to deal with! Always willing to listen to and address any concerns I have. The facility is beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff is great from the front office to the techs! Friendly and great to work with! I have a lot of dogs and I feel that the fees they charge are very reasonable! I am looking forward to many years with this clinic!

Just moved to the area from Houston and my dog had to have an emergency surgery. None of the other vets would take us in as a new patient even though it was an emergency. Lindale Veterinary Clinic is the best vet I’ve been to! Very friendly staff and genuinely cared! Squeezed my dog in between appointments after her emergency surgery to get her the care she needed!

The veterinarians and techs here take AMAZING care of the pets they get in the office! My dogs are always so loved when they come in and they come back from procedures or routine shots smiling and happy! I couldn’t recommend this office more! Also not super expensive for the quality of care you get!!!

I was very pleased with the boarding and vaccination service we received. The most outstanding thing was that my poodle arrived scared, yet wanted to stay when it was time to leave. That indicates to me that he received excellent care. We will be coming back to Lindale Veterinary Clinic.

I cannot thank Lindale Veterinary clinic enough for the care they provide our animals. We have 6 French Bulldogs that are known by name at their office and are always greeted with love and affection by the whole staff. The ladies at the front are always kind and efficient on the phone when booking appointments or asking questions. The technicians are always patient in the room and listen to whatever we need to communicate to them regarding our pets. Dr. Smith and Dr. Lay both have always addressed all of our issues regarding our pets and answered all of our questions to the best of their abilities. On more than one occasion we have had a questions they didn't know off the top of their head, so they researched it and got back to me with the answers I was seeking. They have always accommodated us in any way we needed and have gone above and beyond many times to make sure we are satisfied in their quality of care. I could not ask for a better veterinarian and as a vet tech myself, I know the quality of care given in facility is top notch.
