The staff at Bee Creek Dental are of exceptional skill and experience. They know how to properly take care of their patients. They have provided my family and friends outstanding / honest service ALL THE TIME(2+ years now). They are clearly well trained and follow the highest professional procedures and protocols. My wife and I have been a customer of a number of providers in our lives and this team is top-shelf. My hygienist (Shannon) is a pleasure to visit and takes great care of my near and extended family. Fantastic value for their fees. Great location and a provider that fits the Lake Travis neighborhood like a glove. 5 STAR+ in our opinion (and I do not write a lot of these so take note)!

Loved my experience with Bee Creek Dental from the first phone call!! Jennifer reached out to set the appointment, walked me through what to expect, and sent reminders about the appointed.

Jennifer greeted me warmly when I arrived, offered a water, and let me know what to expect next.

I’ve delayed my own dental care as we took care of kiddos and raised a family. Finally time to get some work for me.

The dental assistant Eddie was super helpful, always making sure to let me know what was happening next, and making sure I was comfortable during imaging.

And Dr Rick is awesome! Calming manner, explains things along the way, leads with education and clearly intentional in developing a dental care plan.

Most amazing and professional office I have been too. Staff is so welcoming and friendly and the Dr and his office is top notch with latest everything. Would not go anywhere else for my dental needs. As a matter of fact my husband and two adult children go there as well.

Are you new to the area (or local) and just had your implant heal plug fall out of your skull? Don't fret, because Dr Rick is here to save the day. I was struck with panic overload when the heal plug fell out - had no clue what was going on. I was instantly draw to Bee Creek Dental. Gave them a quick ring and I was set at ease when Tim said "come in at 3:50 today.. we'll take a look at your tooth" Absolute life savers, this group!! Unfortunately, Dr Rick is out of my network (Delta Dental) but it won't stop me from going in for my 6 month check up! Sometimes, when you find your people.... you FIND YOUR PEOPLE and you just deal with the invoice later - This team is worth it - I promise~ Stop scrolling already and book an appointment. Thank you again to Tim for wiggling me into the schedule (same day) and thank you to Jennifer for the full explanation of benefits - And of course, Dr Rick - My people!

I drive an hour and a half from Bastrop to Dr Rick and his team at Bee Creek Dental. He's truly unmatched in his skill and bedside manner in the Austin area. He's also amazing with children, my 2 year old looks forward to going to Dr Rick!

Bee Creek Dental is the BEST! I drive all the way from Austin just to go to Dr. Rick. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. The full patient experience starts from the moment you walk in the door and I was very impressed. Needless to say—the 30 minute drive is 100% worth it!

My fallen crown was fortunately restored, comfortably and solidly, by Dr. Rick Donkersgoed shortly after it fell out. Jennifer, who manages appointments relayed my situation to Dr. Rick, who thankfully insisted that I come in as soon as possible to re-seat the crown to avoid further damage. I could not ask for more in terms of thorough patient care!
And, Dr. Rick has cutting edge technology for cleaning that is far less abrasive than the traditional scraping. My next cleaning and any further procedures will be at Bee Creek Dental.
